Greeted first thing by the Owner upon entering, she goes out of her way to ensure you are happy and have a great experience. We've tried a variety of burgers, turkey, chicken, some beef ones as well, all have been delicious. Have not tried their shakes yet...next time. The sauce bar is great, all the sauces are delicious and go well with every burger and the fries. Overall great food and service, highly recommend!
The burger was really really good. Very good quality of meat and it was cooked well. The milkshake was really good too. The fries were pretty regular though. Very friendly staff. The place is new so don't be put off by lack of clientele.
Good: food is almost always excellent. Burgers are cooked at the right temperature, come out to the doneness you request, and are always juicy. The condiment are what I believe elevate B21 from a good burger experience to a great burger experience. Food score was very good: 95/100 for March 2016.
Bad: same server or back of the kitchen that has yet to get my order correct. It does get corrected when pointed out but 2/2 on the exact same order is disappointing when the request is a plain burger, no sauce, lettuce, tomato, or pickles.
The variety of burgers is great. Their sweet potato fires are amazing and if you want to, you can have 50/50 with the irish potato. The meat of the burger was excellent in flavor and the buns were delicious. I am going to go back soon.
I got the cheesy burger, my husband got the buffalo chicken burger, and my kids had a burger and chicken tenders (which I tried). Then we finished with an amazing cookies and cream milkshake. Everything was delicious! I am still craving their food and can't wait to go back!
Here for the Friends and Family pre-opening and the food and atmosphere were wonderful. Recommended so far: Shroom Burger, both kinds of fries, and the Key Lime shake! Will be back to explore the many menu options!
Went in today for their pre-grand opening. The food was delicious, one of the best chicken burgers I've had, and the atmosphere very bright and clean. Thanks for a great experience.
This place is awesome. Burgers are high quality. Fries are good, but the standout here is the MILKSHAKES! I definitely will be returning.
Great array of choices! We went with a big group and they did an awesome job of getting everything out together. Definitely check out the ketchup bar.
Outstanding burger. Just a side note.. Anyone on here that writes a review about how good/bad the TURKEY burger is has ZERO credibility when it comes to reviewing a burger place.
