Palm Restaurant

This was our first time here and it was very good. We went on a Sunday evening and it was empty, so that gave me a pause but the service by our waiter,Devon, was excellent. He was very courteous and explained the menu knowledgeably. The food was exceptionally tasty but my lobster was cold by the time they delivered it to the table. Overall it was great and I’ll go back soon.

My family and I just had dinner here and when I say the service 10/10 Lucky was AMAZING so attentive, funny, thoughtful, professional, and the list can go on.The BEST service i’ve gotten anywhere , the food was also delicious but if you decide to eat here ask for Lucky(Joshua) it will be the best experience he deserves everything. I will definitely be coming back to just to see Lucky. I will say the steak was a bit dry but Lucky made sure I was happy with my meal.

This is of course located in the hotel, so it is convenient. If you're not staying at the hotel parking was very easy and close by. The characters on the wall make for great conversation starters. We ordered the calamari, which was delicious and included a variety of other fried peppers. Highly recommend! We also order the shrimp salad, the Bolognese, chicken and shrimp parmesan. All delicious, although the past was mushy in the Bolognese.

I recently ordered the chicken parm after reading so many recommendations. My dinner companion had the bone in filet. The chicken parm was good, but my favorite part was the beef tartare. It was delicious! We weren't sure if my companion was served the correct cut of beef as this was the biggest bone in filet we'd ever seen. Looked more like a bone-in ribeye. Either way, it was cooked correctly and was yummy!

Update: host ignored us while he was on the phone for 7 minutes. Wife ordered steak without salt. She has a medical condition and cannot have salt. Kitchen staff sent a steak out that was so salty a normal person couldn't eat it. Kitchen staff doesn't listen to directions and host needs major training on acknowledging customers, even while speaking in the phone!! Eventually, they sent another steak and made the situation right. The bar tender who took our order was very apologetic and nice. We have been to many Palm restaurant locations throughout the years. This one is located inside a hotel and the service is very good. Devan was our host and really enhances our experience our experience. Thanks Devan.

Great steak dinner at The Palm-Atlanta! Food was pricey, but lived up to the price tag. Had a fantastic array of appetizers delivered quickly from top-notch service. The steak was tender cooked just right and delicious. Definitely great staff very friendly very attentive. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good high-end steak dinner.
