Absolutely great first time experience at this restaurant! I had the turkey club and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming! They also made a yummy grilled cheese sandwich for my 3 year old son! I definitely will be back and I highly recommend them!

Service was WONDERFUL, however the food wasn't worth 20.00. I ordered a salad and the tortilla soup. The salad was very small for it to be 10.00 and the tortilla soup, was good, but it was cold, room temperature to be exact. Also, the restaurant wasn't exactly clean, there was a coffee cup in front of the register that looked as it had been sitting there all day, the drink station was a mess, and the tables were filthy.

Visiting from out of state with my friends. We stopped into here while at this mall because we got hungry and it was a great option! I got a tuna melt and it was delicious. Sandwich was warm and the wheat bread was perfect.

I wasn't aware this sandwich shop was located inside of a high end mall, which was confusing for a first time visit. Overall, my kids enjoyed their pizza bread and grill cheese sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Sandwich but my husband was unimpressed with his Buffalo Chicken Wrap.

This review is long overdue. Felicia is absolutely amazing! She is so personable, professional and fun. She has created a great atmosphere for the staff and customers- very welcoming. My favorite sandwich is the Caprese. Always fresh and perfectly toasted. The Veggie has been recommended by the staff and a few other clients-on my list to try. Cookies - perfection! Soft and chewy- not sure which is my favorite. If you get them right out of the oven- a slice of heaven!

I can honestly say that all the employees at Earls are great.One specific employee, she goes by the name of Felicia really stood out to me . I usually do phone orders and pick up . Felicia pretty much knows me by voice. She said this is Lay Correct. I stated” yes very impressive you remembered me!” . She makes my sandwich perfect . she knows exactly how I like and how much sauce to put on it . Ms Felicia is a Phenomenal woman and very kind and sweet. I also can tell she very hard working. we need more people like her in this world.

My Cesar wrap was so fresh. But what really pulled me in was the broccoli and cheese soup. We had a long ride home from Fl to tn and it was perfectly filling with an amazing staff who helped me to understand the menu and make suggestions as to what's good. I loved it. If I make a trip back I will be eating a Earl of Sandwich .

The staff and manager was very awesome to me when I visited a couple of days ago. I was shocked with their amazing customer service. It was my first time there. They guided me in my choice of selecting a great sandwich. I had the Turkey club sandwich by the way. The store was very clean. It did not take a long time for me to get my food. Great job! I will be returning soon.
