Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a food place in Atlanta. Having never been before, I decided to go because of the GT Jadoo promotion and I was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was exceptional - the staff were friendly and kind and my food came in a timely manner. The food itself, I have no complaints. It was amazing. The flavors were amazing and the portion size for the price paid is a steal. I definitely see myself coming back here my next 4 years at Tech.
We just got back from our Tin Drum trip, and we did pick up. The service was really nice, but they really messed up our order. First off, we ordered two Boba drinks. I asked for no boba/bubbles, however, they put tapioca Boba in my drink. They also didn’t fill up the cup, see picture attached. The lady who fixed the tapioca boba was so sweet though so we weren’t that upset. We got home and realized that they did not include the sauce that you were supposed to get for the crab and cheese roll. We also realized that they added onion in my coconut soup even though I said no onions because I’m allergic. The noodles were cut on the chicken lo mein, but we didn’t specify that we wanted long noodles, so it’s not that big of a deal. Overall, the service was great and the food tasted good, but the accuracy of our order was sub-par.
I have waited so long to find a place with really good non-dairy curry and this place hit the spot!! You won't be disappointed. Good prices for the amount of food we got and the food was still steaming when it got to us with Doordash. Will order again when in the area!
I have been to many Tin Drums, but this location is my favorite. There service is extremely fast and friendly. The day I went the place was really busy, but they were still efficient and treated every order with care. The food was also very fresh and delicious!
As a GT student, I have been to this location more times than I can count and its such an incredible comfort restaurant. I've tried almost every meal on the menu and although I have my favorites, I'm extremely impressed. This is probably my friend group's favorite restaurant on tech square and the bubble tea addition last year was such a good move. Will 100% keep coming back for my Phuket Woon Sen and Mango Green Tea, and highly recommend hosting percentage nights here as I've done so for all of my clubs already.

Chinatown Lo Mien was perfection! It's a lovely meal if you are looking for something light and filling.
Been here regularly for the last 4 years, amazing food and boba, and servers have been friendly to me! Perfect place to get food before a late night study session!!
I saw many comments that cashier and waitresses are rude, but by my experience the waitress who served me food was really sweet and very helpful

Initially, I blamed Tin Drum for a problem created by DoorDash. I called back and expressed what occurred and an employee assisted me with getting my order. Her customer service was pristine. She even waited curbside for my arrival. Thanks again, Stephanie. I hope I spelled that correctly. Your will to go above and beyond deserves recognition!
