O-ku

First off, the food. Great quality sushi. It was just as good as several places I’ve been in cities like New York and Los Angeles. It’s not like the highest tier sushi place, but solidly a great choice with great quality. However, the service was the star of the show. The waiters and waitresses that were walking around were always super kind, informative, conversational, and just overall wildly pleasant. Probably the best service I’ve literally ever had anywhere sans Michelin star restaurants. Go here if you’re looking for a great time and food!

A great place in midtown for happy hour. Such great deals on fresh and delicious sushi. Visited on a Wednesday evening around 6 PM for date night. A dimly lit romantic vibe. We ordered way too much food but we enjoyed every bite. Service was top tier, plates were removed almost immediately after we were done with them, staff checked in repeatedly and gave recommendations. I'd definitely return and highly suggest you check it out for yourself.

This was, hands down, among one of the best dining experiences I have had. I sat in the roof top dining area and my servers were John & Jimmy. I felt like I was eating in the company of old friends and they were both so knowledgeable of the menu. Everything I ate was so delicious! I wasn't disappointed by a single thing I ate. I had the Uni, Tako, and Sake Toro Nigiri, the Okurr roll, the Hamach Capraccio, the Salmon Uzusukuri, and the Miso Caramel ice cream. For those of you like me that do not drink, they have a great selection of mocktails! I had the Rosemary's Baby and really enjoyed it. Thank you, John & Jimmy, for making my dining experience one of a kind!

Oh-Ku exceeded all expectations, setting a new standard for what I consider exceptional dining. The service, led by our waitress Jasmine, was among the best I've experienced in quite some time. Not only was the staff incredibly customer-oriented, but they also provided great recommendations, showcasing their extensive knowledge of the menu. The sushi was nothing short of fantastic, bursting with flavor and meticulously prepared. The atmosphere added to the overall dining experience, creating a setting that was both lively and comfortable. Without a doubt, Oh-Ku has become my new favorite sushi place. From the remarkable service to the delectable food and welcoming atmosphere, it's a dining experience that shouldn't be missed.

Exceptional Birthday Experience at O-Ku I can confidently say it was the best dining experience I've ever had. From the moment we walked in, the staff at O-KU, especially our server Kara, made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured we had a memorable time. Kara was an absolute delight - she was sweet, friendly, and attentive throughout the evening. Her warm and welcoming demeanor added a personal touch to our dining experience. The manager, Fatini, at O-KU also deserves special recognition for her service. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special. We had the pleasure of trying both sushi and shrimp dishes, and they were nothing short of delicious. The quality and presentation of the dishes were top-notch. What truly stood out was the special attention they gave to celebrate my birthday and the fact that we had travelled down from Toronto. They made the occasion truly memorable by going out of their way to make me feel special. It's rare to find such thoughtful service, and O-KU exceeded my expectations. As someone who has traveled to many places and experienced various dining establishments, I can confidently say that the service and dining experience at O-KU rank among the best. If you're in Atlanta or anywhere nearby, O-KU is a must-visit for a memorable dining experience that combines excellent food with exceptional service.

Every visit I have had at O-Ku has been phenomenal. The atmosphere, food, drinks, and service is always great and consistent. You can tell that all of the staff truly cares and wants their customers to enjoy themselves as much as possible. The food is delicious and so fresh, I highly recommend the Salmon Usuzukuri and misoyaki. Also if you are in the mood for dessert you have to try the crème brûlée. They offer a nice selection of drinks which all pair well with the food. All of the staff is friendly and very attentive, two of my recent servers were Cara and Caperton. They both are attentive and friendly, making sure that you enjoy your meal. Each of them has a great knowledge of the menu which is helpful when ordering. Overall I highly suggest dining here, the food is delicious, but more importantly, the staff cares and make the dining experience so much more enjoyable.

Oku Sushi is a must-visit in Atlanta! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the chic ambiance and friendly staff. The sushi here is out of this world. Each piece was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. I particularly loved their creative rolls – the flavors were a delightful surprise in every bite. I am a vegetarian, and Joe, the manager, came out to personally introduce himself and offer to make a specialty vegetarian sushi for us, and it was AMAZING. This was, by far, the best sushi I have had in my life. The service was top-notch (Shoutout to Morgan, Victoria, Joe, and Sophie!). I’ve been here twice already and can't wait to return for another delicious dining experience!
