I’m a first time customer and will definitely return.
Today, Oct 19 2023. I have returned and order another meal (Ponko Taco Meal& island veggies). The food is delicious. Love the sauce!!

Today was take out only. No inside dining but the patio was available and we were informed of that when we approached to order. Very friendly counter folks and the food was quite tasty with reasonable portion sizes.

Great friendly service! The food was deLISH!! The OG sauce is the best! The quantity & quality was worth every penny. The owner came out to chat with us. Nice guy. They actually had superb customer service all around!

This is my second time coming here! I was in the mood for tacos and chicken and figured I would give Ponko Chicken a visit. I had the grilled island chicken tacos with the Ponko Fries. Everything was delicious. If you’re looking for a low key Taco Tuesday spot, this is a place that will not disappoint. I will be returning very, very soon!

Omg….you have to try there Kamikaze Fries they are amazing. Food came out in just a few minutes after sitting down. Customer service was great and staff was very friendly. The manager Shelia I think she said her name was came out and checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and did we need anything. The restaurant was very clean and probably the cleanest restrooms I seen in a restaurant in a while. Over all I give it a five out of five.

Definitely a place to stop and try the Japanese chicken fingers decent sides. The sweet potato fries were awesome. Sauces were good. Could use a little bit more greens along with the rice, chicken and potatoes. Cucumbers were yummy. Just needed more. ask for them

A robot brought us our chicken, not kidding and the first time I have had this happen. The chicken is very tasty, and they also have a full ba. Interesting place and will have to check it out again. Lots of interesting things on the menu (Japanese potato salad & a hot dog plate).

Unexpectedly good! The food was very fresh, but not really hot like it should’ve been. Nevertheless, it was very tasty. The sauce for the chicken was really good and the vegetables were very delicious. It was nice that they offered brown rice as one of the sides.

Rice was sticky, definitely reccomend the og sauce. Green beans reminded me of Japanese take on green bean casserole. Sweet potato fries were excellent. I had one of each tacos, I preferred the bbq and spicy. The vibe was cool and hip, would definitely return

Ponko Chicken has been a local favorite of mine since they opened the first one in Stone Mountain, GA. My go to is always the spicy chicken with rice and a side of fries. To me the fries are some of the best in Atlanta. This location is clean, fun, and well staffed. Enjoy your chicken!
