After being turned away rudely from another bar up the street despite their operating hours indicating they were open for two more hours, we arrived at Bantam. Although they were closing up, the bartender kindly offered to quickly make us a drink. 10/10.

Great neighborhood bar that's been around long enough to know this evolving neighborhood really well. Good bar menu with some of your standards and good service as well. Great people watching outside on a nice day and a really decent place to get a quick lunch if you work nearby.

The food was so good! I’d say the Bantam chicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I’ve had. So juicy, and the aioli and bacon paired perfectly. When you walk in there’s no host which can be confusing when it’s busy, so you may want to consider a sign that says to seat yourself.

Our bartender Justin was awesome, we filled his bar with a large group of high maintenance girls and he gave fantastic service. There were some very rude guests beside us, one threw her food on the bar. 😳 Justin handled the situation much calmer and more professional than most could have. Been coming to bantam for years but I thought this guy could use a shout out. Those guests sucked and Justin is definitely a tough employee.

Our waitress was Olivia, I think,(that's her name)she was the only waitress working hard, with a "SMILE" and "GRACE". First time here, and she along with the Delicious meal😋, made it worst the while, so again you won't be disappointed. With as many places as I've gone to/go to, it takes A WHOLE LOT to disappoint me. So try them, oh and this location😊😍😊👍🏾.

Came here with friends for dinner and drinks. Grabbed a table and was immediately greeted and brought waters. Our server was awesome. Fast and kind service. My bf and I shared the hanger steak sandwich which came with an arugula and strawberry salad- DELICIOUS! Our friends had the hummus and bantam burger which they thoroughly enjoyed. Great prices, great service, great food( great portions). A MUST if you’re down for a low key, homey spot.
