This is a great place to grab some beer and relax after a long day day. The staff is friendly and attentive, shout to Ash!
Everyone enjoyed their meals, from the beets salad to the chicken sandwich and burgers, there's no crumb left on their plates.
I took a chance on their dinner special, and that was a really tasty seafood pasta. I hope they add it to their menu
The food here is absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is great - i love all the lights! - it seems most people come here to drink and socialize. They recently redid their website and seems like they got in new management. The worst thing about bantam is the slow service. Last Friday we went there, it was about 1 hour 20 minutes before our food was served - however, they had good service recovery and offered us some complimentary fries to snack on while we waited and a free beer. Cheers to that!
My go-to is the Bantam Chicken sandwich- literally my favorite chicken sandwich from anywhere I’ve tried in atlanta. Their fries are also killer - super crunchy and flavorful! My husband got the Mac n cheese entree with fried chicken and he said it was superb!!
Highly recommend the food here - just come expecting to wait awhile for your food. Don’t come here starving if you get hangry :)
Great neighborhood bar that's been around long enough to know this evolving neighborhood really well. Good bar menu with some of your standards and good service as well. Great people watching outside on a nice day and a really decent place to get a quick lunch if you work nearby.

I enjoy coming to Bantam Pub. The atmosphere is great and the service is always amazing. We recently went for brunch. We arrived around 2 and were seated right away.
I ordered some mimosas ($7) and I had the andouille sausage omelette ($11). Everything was great.

Came here with friends for dinner and drinks. Grabbed a table and was immediately greeted and brought waters. Our server was awesome. Fast and kind service. My bf and I shared the hanger steak sandwich which came with an arugula and strawberry salad- DELICIOUS! Our friends had the hummus and bantam burger which they thoroughly enjoyed. Great prices, great service, great food( great portions). A MUST if you’re down for a low key, homey spot.
Our bartender Justin was awesome, we filled his bar with a large group of high maintenance girls and he gave fantastic service. There were some very rude guests beside us, one threw her food on the bar. 😳 Justin handled the situation much calmer and more professional than most could have. Been coming to bantam for years but I thought this guy could use a shout out. Those guests sucked and Justin is definitely a tough employee.
After being turned away rudely from another bar up the street despite their operating hours indicating they were open for two more hours, we arrived at Bantam. Although they were closing up, the bartender kindly offered to quickly make us a drink. 10/10.
Went here for lunch on a Wednesday. Ordered the lamb burger and it was delicious. Drinks were made well. Service was efficient on a weekday and they have a nice patio for outdoor seating. Would certainly return.
