I normally don’t eat chicken but when I’m hungry and looking for something healthy I usually choose chicken sandwiches especially in Chick -fil-A

I love this location. Even though it can be busy and backed up, the service is top-notch. Alexis took my order with such enthusiasm. It really was refreshing to feel welcomed in an establishment. Keep up the great work crew!

Came during MomoCon so there were at least 50 people waiting in line for food, with a cop outside only letting 10 people in at a time. No dine ins were allowed, though people were doing so anyway.
Despite the massive crowd, mad respect to all the employees of this location for managing the dinner rush and getting food out as fast and efficient as possible. Dakota, our cashier, did incredible work getting our order and def deserves praise!
Due to the amount of chicken being made, it definitely was a bit drier and not as flavorful than usual, but I do not blame that on the location or employees at all, just the factors of the dinner rush. All in all, a great cfa experience.

The lady at the register was rude, I told my order was dine in and packed it to go. She misspelled my name and gave me an attitude cause I was waiting on the table for the order. When I waited with my friend for over 15 minutes, I approached her and asked about my order. She told me we've been calling your name.
OK, first it was dine in, second my name is Jaime, not Kassim.

They were SWAMPED by a massive school trip but they did an amazing job handling it. We did have to wait a bit for them to catch up before we ordered but even then our order came out lightning fast and fresh!

Good crowd control. Place was packed on New Year’s Eve. Courteous staff. Restroom was fair at least much better than the one outside the aquarium.

We were skeptical whether to eat here going by the bad reviews but we had a great experience today. We didn’t wait long in line or for our food. Food was hot & fresh. Young man working in the dining around 1 PM today came up to me to tell me if we needed anything to let him know & also explained if we needed the restroom what to do. After our lunch we enjoyed the hall of fame & came back for dessert!

First time at Chick-fil-A and it was delightful. The manager recommended sandwiches for us and he was sooooo nice. Excellent customer service. We really enjoyed our sandwiches. I wish every fast food place had the level of customer service we received here. He really made us feel welcome. We will be back!

Located right within the heart of Atlanta, this Chick fil A has large windows from which to gaze at the metropolis surrounding you. he service is prompt and hospitable, Very efficient and timely despite being very busy. Food was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly even though it was close to closing time. Food is always great and we love their frosted drinks. Fast service and customer service is good.
