The ambiance and service at Lumen exemplify the esteemed reputation of the Ritz Carlton. The atmosphere exudes sophistication and the staff ensures a seamless experience. I must mention the exceptional cocktails I had the pleasure of indulging in. Ayanna, the talented bartender, created an exquisite old fashioned that surpassed all expectations. It was a delightful surprise to discover that the Ritz has its own champagne selection. Ayanna's expertise in crafting beverages is truly remarkable. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Lumen to those seeking a refined and luxurious experience. The combination of top-notch drinks and impeccable service makes it an endeavor well worth undertaking.

Ahnah was great. This place is the perfect lobby bar to peacefully work from a laptop. They even have live music on Friday.

Luxury and wonderful hidden bar, this is the Ritz Carlton bar, in my personal opinion If you want a chill time and a good drink this place can give it to you

If you enjoy cocktails then the drinks are excellent. The food isn't dinner food but light lunch menu items. Great lounge experience.

OMG!! The service was amazing. Beyond amazing. My son is only 6 going on 7. They asked him 8f he wanted soda lemonade, etc. He asked my apple juice. Then they came back and filled his glass again. He was in disbelief. When we left he said, "not only the place look fancy and rich, the people are too." I wanted to cry. This was one of my best experiences with my son. This great experience happened at Lumen and The Ritz Carlton.

The atmosphere in the lounge is what you would expect for the Ritz Carlton. We always look forward to having end of the day drinks here. During our recent stay, the service was below what was always expected. Staffing was well short to accommodate the guests. Our hope is that the Ritz in the future is able to fully staff their lobby lounge.
