1950s themed/retro diner serving the typical diner foods. I never noticed this shop in my few years in Atlanta til now. Note that they are cash-only so be sure to bring some with you. I got some egg & cheese biscuits and they were definitely pricey (came out to $8 for each biscuit)! The biscuits themselves were AMAZING. Not dry at all, slightly crumbly, and the top breaks into "sections" rather than being cohesive like the first and last piece of bread in a loaf. This is exactly how a buttermilk biscuit should be made. Props to this diner! Please try the biscuits if you go here!

My challah French toast was dry but over all the food is good but honestly the price was a lil crazy 20 $ for a single pancake ,grits and orange juice if it’s your vibe definitely go and you don’t mind spending $$ go . But it def gives off 60s vibes and as a POC I felt outta place coming in thru the back door at a diner 🤣 just had to add that in there bc I thought it was funny but definitely not their intention . I expected different demographic as it was called “Java jive “

What a egg-tra special breakfast spot! Great vegan options and wonderful espresso! Warmly greeted by server upon arrival and they suggested the salsa scramble which did not disappoint. Some of the best grits in Atlanta! My partner enjoyed the tofu scram. Plenty of parking in rear. Vintage decor and great food! No doubt all the locals can’t be wrong. Cash only.

Very friendly team. Please wait to be seated, no host stand. 1950's style Cafe atmosphere with breakfast fare. CASH ONLY. ATM on site. The food quality and quantity is amazing! If you are a fan of Fallout series or the 1950's in general, this is a must. Parking is behind the building and limited. Located from across the Clermont Hotel.

Atmosphere: WHOA! Cool. 50s vibes all the way. Small, local, authentic, hole-in-the-wall feel. Workable: no lol. Come for a meal, not a work sesh. Food/drink: a diner that does its food well. Pancakes were fluffy. Biscuits were fresh. Pie tasted homemade. Eggs with basil & cream cheese…✔️✔️✔️ Price: *cash only! mid to low end, good deal. Worth! Parking: free lot in the back - kinda confusing to get there. But you can do it.

You will love a delicious homemade breakfast w great coffee and sides in the most quaint retro dining room ever. Don't pass this up. A narrow driveway on the west side of the building leads to rear parking. Then you can take the steep back stairs down to the delightful place awaiting you. Cash only, but an ATM is inside. The gingerbread waffle w fresh lemon curd is amazing but only served Sats and Suns. Must visit!
