What a egg-tra special breakfast spot! Great vegan options and wonderful espresso! Warmly greeted by server upon arrival and they suggested the salsa scramble which did not disappoint. Some of the best grits in Atlanta! My partner enjoyed the tofu scram. Plenty of parking in rear. Vintage decor and great food! No doubt all the locals can’t be wrong. Cash only.

Got the gingerbread waffle with lemon curd, side of home fries and bacon. Wish the gingerbread was more prominent in flavor/spice but it was delish paired with the curd.
1950s themed/retro diner serving the typical diner foods. I never noticed this shop in my few years in Atlanta til now. Note that they are cash-only so be sure to bring some with you. I got some egg & cheese biscuits and they were definitely pricey (came out to $8 for each biscuit)! The biscuits themselves were AMAZING. Not dry at all, slightly crumbly, and the top breaks into "sections" rather than being cohesive like the first and last piece of bread in a loaf. This is exactly how a buttermilk biscuit should be made. Props to this diner! Please try the biscuits if you go here!

Cash-only, Quiet breakfast spot with a family- friendly environment. I recommend the pancakes or biscuits. I often get the Greek omelette with breakfast potatoes or grits; however, I highly recommend listening for the specials because you could be in for a treat. There’s an ATM located onsite.
Atmosphere: WHOA! Cool. 50s vibes all the way. Small, local, authentic, hole-in-the-wall feel.
Workable: no lol. Come for a meal, not a work sesh.
Food/drink: a diner that does its food well. Pancakes were fluffy. Biscuits were fresh. Pie tasted homemade. Eggs with basil & cream cheese…✔️✔️✔️

My husband and I ate here twice on our vacation here because it was sooo delicious!!! Welcoming cozy environment and affordable delicious food. It’s easy to please anyone who comes here because despite their small menu they have a good range of traditional breakfast for picky eaters and adventurous flavors like the Santa fe and Mediterranean egg scrambles! (Also pictured is the raspberry cream cheese French toast and the gingerbread waffle with lemon curd yum!)
We stayed at the hotel across the street and decided to try this place. Very welcoming waiter with good communication about the menu and their covid protocols which I liked.
The buttermilk pancakes were amazing!! The orange juice was on point!!
I got the Santa Fe scramble with cheese grits and potatoes. The scramble was really good and seasoned great. Didn't try the potatoes but im sure they were delicious. Now the biscuit was cute shaped in a heart; however it fell below my expectations of a good biscuit since thats what they are known for.
Make sure you have cash or use the atm by the bathroom.
Came here on 2.12.22 Definitely a good experience here. Service was so fast and they give you plenty of food.. It is a cash only establishment...... So know before you go. They do have an ATM if you dont have cash.... Chris was really nice. This is a swanky place.. Old days vibe.. Nice vibe.. Real quiet and peaceful.... Check this place out.. Get the pancakes

I got pecan buttermilk pancakes, and they definitely hit the spot. My cafe au lait was also a special treat.
The potatoes were fair, and the bacon tasted a little re-heated. I forgot to ask for real maple syrup so I'll need to remember for next time.
Everything is a la carte so that adds the bill up quickly. Staff were very COVID conscious if that is a determining factor for you.
The parking lot is in the back and it's easy to miss the main road entrance. It's easier to enter from the back.
