Flower Child

I love the food here and that's why I've continued to come back. As a vegetarian, it's so convenient to be able to add deliciously flavored tofu to any dish. However, the service here is subpar. I've only dined in once and have gotten "curbside pickup" probably 3 or 4 times and delivery once. Again, the food always gets a 10/10 from me. But the communication between servers/cooks/workers is not good and it results in very slow service. Twice now, I have placed an order for curbside pickup. There are two spots there labelled 15 min parking//curbside. They have a sign to call when you arrive. We do that and TWICE now: call, talk to someone, they say they'll be right out, and we proceed to wait for 20-30 minutes...mind you - that's longer than we are technically even allowed to park in a curbside spot. Today we ended up just going inside and waiting for it and, after 10 more minutes of standing inside, someone brings out our CURBSIDE PICKUP order and sets it on the indoor pickup shelf...clearly there is not communication between whoever is answering phones/telling people their food will be right out and whoever is cooking/bagging the food. All I'm saying is don't offer curbside pickup if it's not actually managed efficiently and if your employees are not working and communicating to keep it running. The car parked in the other curbside spot was there for at least 30 minutes and was empty. Like clearly these spots are not actually being managed/used for curbside pickup orders if you're allowing people to park in them like any other spot...first world problems for sure, but come on.

Wow, first time and definitely not my last. This place has a beautiful work culture, I silently observed the level of care that management applied not only to every dish being sent out, but to the employees to ensure they were hydrated, looking after one another, and had their needs met. Please continue to work like a team this way, because y’all rock! It seriously makes me want to patron here more. Food was flavorful and well balanced. AND so many dishes to easily veganize!

If you are seeking healthier flavorful entree options this is one place to visit. Their menu consists of your choice of salads, wraps, and bowls; with certain selections offering protein options. Counter ordering and partial open kitchen allows patrons to view food preparation. Staff members are helpful and courteous. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Pricing is aligned with similar establishments in the area. Access to a plethora of free parking; as this eatery is located in the Shops Around Lenox plaza.

If you're looking for something healthy this is your place. Today was my first time visiting this location. Everything was amazing. Went for brunch. There wasn't any wait time when we arrived. Staff was super friendly and helpful with menu items. If you're dining in, once you order your food staff will provide you with a number for your table. When your food is ready wait staff will bring your food out to your table. Water, lemonade, tea, utensils, napkins and food go containers are self serve. You can just grab and go. Food was tasty, will definitely be returning to try more goodies. Vegan or vegetarian options available on the menu. Family friendly restaurant with plenty seating options inside and out. Free parking in lot directly in front of the restaurant.

Delicious. Everything is so awesome. I love it. The creators of "Flower Child" had a God idea 💡 🙌 😍 🙏 ❤️. I think it's my new favorite place now. My boss and the office crew took me to "Flower Child" for my birthday 🎂. The Pre-party lunch was excellent. I had the "Mother Earth " with salmon, yummy. I went back after work and ate there for dinner the same day 😋 😅.
