Baraka Shawarma - Atlanta - Photo album

I had amazing experience at this place. The vibrant atmosphere, coupled with the flavorful dishes, made for an exceptional dining experience. The attentive staff and the authenticity of the Mediterranean cuisine truly set this place apart. I highly recommend trying their shawarma—it's a culinary del
Tucked away on Walton Street, this little gem of a restaurant downtown disappoint. My friend and I dropped in on a rainy Sunday and were treated to the best shawarma I've had in a while. Abdul the owner seems genuinely thrilled to greet his customers and dropped by our table for a quick chat. Hig
The atmosphere was alright, we had just gone in minutes after it had opened. It was very quiet. My first time there, the food was delicious! I ordered a Lamb Gyro (in silver foil) and my sister ordered a chicken shawarma. Very filling! Will come back!
We came here after visiting the aquarium and it was such a great experience. The food was SO delicious, huge portions for a great price! We loved chatting with the owner. He was so kind and friendly. I love going into a place that makes you feel right at home.
The vibe here is friendly. Everything we ate was delicious. Very authentic! The banana pudding reminded me of my grandmothers, which was a fantastic surprise.
I got the gyro plate and it's delicious. I'm in Atlanta for work; if I lived here I would visit weekly. Reasonably priced, very tasty, and you can tell the folks who work here love the food and community they serve. The strawberry smoothie was a tasty splurge. My only regret is not ordering extr
May not look like much, but it’s the absolute perfect place to stop by for lunch. Little amount of seating, but it fits the place. Restrooms are available. Little parking, so walk if you can. Food comes fast, is a large portion, and yummy. A amazing place for a bite to eat.
Excellent food! Went during Thanksgiving and thankfully they were open, everything else was closed on that day. The food was really good. Ordered a chicken jumbo and it tasted great. The owner/staff are also friendly. They ask you if you want your food to be American spicy, Medium, or Indian spicy.
✅ Recommend: The lamb gyro wrap was great! The lamb was infused with a medley of aromatic herbs and spices, which added depth and complexity to the meat. The succulent lamb was perfectly seasoned, offering a savory and slightly tangy taste that complemented the freshness of the accompanying vegetabl
This is the best shawarma I've ever had. And great service. I'd gladly come back to Atlanta for this place alone.
The man who took my order (owner I believe) is so nice and welcoming. It's rare to find a place to eat where you actually feel welcomed and like the food is made with love. The food was good, personally felt like it could've used more seasoning. Would definitely come back and try other dishes.
The friendliest service anywhere, great food and affordable prices. The falafel is well seasoned, it’s just not out of this world amazing and portion size I thought was small for a “jumbo” size. Though the taste was good and I would return if again in the downtown area. Added some more pictures of
A great little restraunt for gyros, shawarma and other small bites. There's a ton of food with their plate options. You can't go wrong with the combination plate, however I wanted to try the lamb shank this time. Seating is limited with a couple of tables and booths.
The food here is amazing!!! Literally the best food I’ve ever tried! Never had middle eastern food this flavorful! I recommend the combination plate! I get it every time and it’s sooo good. Also, the lovely lady behind the counter is the best! Always nice and makes sure my food is ready on arrival w
Really enjoyed this somewhat hole in the wall spot! They were very busy during my visit with almost all seats full, but the wait for food wasn’t that bad and the person taking orders was very friendly. I got a combination shawarma wrap (both chicken and gyro) and it was so tasty and saucy. Would rec
Food is great, huge amount of variety and quality, but the proprietor is amazing. Friendly, funny, and fantastic. Coming in here was a great and welcoming experience worth it for the service alone.
I had the shawarma wrap. It was dry but with the sauce it comes with that was on half, it was delicious. The guy at the cash register was phenomenal. He might be the owner. You can really tell he loves what he does and helps customers feel at home with him.
I enjoyed my chicken shawerma thoroughly! Friendly people, great service and amazing prices! Lemonade was a bit too sweet for me but otherwise delicious. I would definitely go back!
