I'm so glad it's open again. Thanks, Shaq!!! Also there was a lady who prepared our order and she was awesome!!! I forgot to get her name, but my daughter and I were in the store around 1130am. today.

I have ordered from this location three times since their reopening and each time have been satisfied with their food and service quality. I took my family during the recent buy a dozen get a dozen for $1 deal which is usually an extremely busy time and in my experience the staff struggle to meet the increased demand in a timely manner, but the team was pretty efficient yesterday (especially for walk-ins like us). After we made our order the hot light came on and they even allowed us to exchange our dozen original glazed for a fresh dozen that was hot right off the line...that was very thoughtful of them given how busy they were. The only tiny criticism is the music is a little loud...one level down is perfect bc the soundtrack was great

Been wanting to try this Krispy Kreme (owned by Shaq) for a bit. Finally got my chance today. So nice and modern. Clean, all new everything and fast, contactless or traditional checkout. The donuts are AMAZING!!!! Employees happy and helpful plus Shaq owns it and that's awesome.

Those are my favorite donuts! I loved the original iconic place before the fire in 2020. Unfortunately, they had to rebuild it and it is not that great as before. However, i love their donuts and coffee. Service is ok, but the atmosphere is not the same anymore.

I love the new building! There wasn't a line, and it was easy to order using the drive-thru. It's been a while since I've had original glaze doughnuts, but they didn't taste the same to me. Seems like the recipe has changed.

I've always been a fan of these donuts, might be partially the reason I'm overweight. Either way, I'm thankful Shaquille O'Neal saved this historic landmark.

New location is open after renovations! We lucked out and hot donuts were just starting. Bright and fresh interior. Nice seating. Love the viewing area. Friendly staff.

I went there on the opening night and place was packed. The serves hot and fresh glazed doughnut for free and they were amazing.
The place look spotless and everyone there was so welcoming.
They still have the doughnut making production line but in one corner.
The new Scooby Doo doughnuts for Halloween are must try.
