I am absolutely appalled that a place like this exists. We got shakes and you would expect from the name, that it would be a staple, a treasure, a source of pride, but no.
We asked for a strawberry banana milkshake and they said it was not real fruit, but we decided to still try it. They didn't even mix it! It was separate like the land and sea.
The cotton candy flavor that we got for our girls tasted like it was an otter pop, yet Milky.
I do not recommend and will never return.

The customer service is very pleasant. I was welcomed well, served with care and the woman over there made sure to check on me and know if I liked everything. I ordered the royal steak burger and classic chocolate shake. This is my first visit to any steak n shake and I am glad. If every steak n shake is like this, they are doing good job. Customer service is the reason I am giving this place 5 stars instead of 4.

I love their steak burger.. And 4 dollar burger and fries combo is just amazing and enough for 1 person...we also tried chilli which is also so good..

AMAZING food. I've always loved eating here, not too many steak n shakes around anymore. The service was great here, unfortunately had to deal with some nosey customers, like we were some celebrities 🥴 But, overall we had a great visit for dinner and plan to come back more often when we are free.

By far the best Steak n Shake location we have ever visited. The place looks brand new and slick. Our waitress was totally on the ball. Our food was cooked well, we got everything we ordered on the first try, and it was lightning quick. It was like we visited the Steak n Shake Hall of Fame!
