Got the 4 pc chicken tender combo. The chicken was a little over done and was dry, but the food had a good flavor.

GIVE THESE PEOPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING NOW !!!!!! No matter who they hire they are always making my black people look bad. Answer the phone with no professional etiquette, they don’t care when your food is not ready. But one day I had to get them together. I ordered my food 35 mins early and it still wasn’t ready!! the girl and the cooks were laughing about it! . Then when I calmly told the girl that they were not doing people right, she had the nerve to say “it’s not that serious”. I went ahead and let her know that she was AT WORK, and I had to GO TO WORK, we are not the same. They never have a smile on their faces. Please give these people proper training in a business!! The food is the only reason that I put my 1 star. Stay blessed

I had placed my order I was in there at 45 minutes They did not have my food ready so I asked the Cashier. She said the receipt did not print out in the back Where the people was cooking at so they did not have my order ready. My French fry was good but my wings was hard

I ordered some Garlic Parm. wings.... I specifically asked if the wing sauce was wet. When I opened my wings, it looked like the cooks opened the Pizza Hut parmsean packets and sprinkled it all over the wings. I literally am so shocked. It tasted like cheese and fried wings. But everything else was really good. Just don't order the Garlic Parm... ever.

The person at the counter was talking on her phone as she was taking our order. Our order came out correct, so maybe she is a master multi-tasker. Food was decent.

I first visited this place during the start of the pandemic. It was awesome! Currently, the wings are really good. This is one of the few places that can do real Lemon Pepper wings the way I like it. HOWEVER, I've ordered their Philly cheesesteak & fish. The food is hot but not really seasoned. Maybe they need to just stick with wings.

Heard great things about J Buffalo wings. My experience was disappointing. There are only 6 tables in the entire establishment, but they are accepting to-go orders only. Chick-fil-a next door and Chili's across the street is seating, but $30 for 20 wings and you eat in your car. They can't enforce a county wide mask ordnance and they serve those without a mask, but they enforce a non-seating policy thst is not an ordnance. There are far too many chicken wing places to have to deal with laziness and incompetence.

Food is ok but service is so bad I'd rather drive a little farther and go to American Deli. It's like regardless of the time or day whoever's up front has an attitude
