Jimmy Johns

The people working here are Bare Minimum Bob and Bare Minimum Betty. They are definitely not in any hurry to make your food, and they appear as if they are being held hostage and forced into labor. They genuinely look disappointed when you walk in the door. I have been here multiple times because, everyone has a bad day… But I definitely will not be back. Also… why wear gloves if you’re going to touch your face and touch your and other people’ clothes?

Marley is a gem!! Her joy is contagious! She preformed every task perfectly & with such grace. My friends & I came back to this Jimmy Johns the next day after meeting Marley because she was so friendly & joyful! Marley is an amazing employee that has a charisma that makes each person feel so welcomed. - your favorite 5 missionaries

As a business owner myself; this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I placed a order online at 5:53 PM on 12/11/2021 and set up the tracker to track the order. At 5:54 OM they received the order; at 6:12PM it showed the order was out for Delivery. At 7:02 PM; I still had not received delivery of my order. I then called and spoke (supposedly) to the manager. She stated they only had one driver and she lost her keys and they were behind on orders. I then asked when she expected the order to be delivered and she couldn’t tell me. She stated she was doing deliveries and had 10 orders to deliver. I then asked if my order was one of the ten; and she could tell me if it was or was not. I waited till 7:30Om and still NO DELIVERY! I finally got in my car and drove 2.0 miles to the Jimmy John’s on Baxter Street. When I went inside and explained that I never received delivery of my order that was placed at 5:53 PM and would like them to make it, the MANAGER was very rude and said it was not her fault. I then stated that she could have called myself and every other person that placed an order for delivery and told them the situation and offered to keep the order in the system, cancel the order or offer a credit for the next time I wanted to place an order. The MANAGER very rudely responded that she did not have time to call everyone. I then stated that her not having time to provide good customer service to a customer; just cost her a customer and that I will never do business with them again. I will go to Larry’s Subs or Subway; before I’ll ever order from them again.

The sandwiches were really good but I am giving 2 stars because of the drive thru service. The girl that took our order was just short and almost hostile. She just acted like she was put out when we had questions. We have not eaten here in six months and decided to grab a sandwich With so many choices today I guess they think they can get away with that because they are close to UGA. But, they loose everyone else when they act disgruntled for no reason. Hospitality training is terribly needed at this location.

Just went to this location with my brother in law and sister and the guy taking our order in the drive through was extremely rude. 3 employees were just sitting outside in the back, not a single car in front of or behind us. While we all love jimmy johns, we will not return to this location. We ended up just leaving because we were not about to pay almost $30 for that kind of service, even in a drive through.

I ordered lunch for my family and I today. I open my bag that was left at the door and it’s missing the pickle I ordered for one of my sons. I call the store and the ‘store manager’ says he personally put the pickle in the bag so it was in the bag. Guess I’m stupid and can’t see a pickle or something…. Anyway, as I’m telling him that it was absolutely inappropriate what he was just trying to do (call me a liar) he hangs up on me! My husband called back and handled it thankfully. But I also filed a complaint with corporate and will not ever give this company my business again.
