The food takes me back to my grandmother's kitchen. Absolutely the BEST true southern food I've ever had at a restaurant.

Classic southern cooking. Daily specials including pork chops, barbecue, meatloaf and fried fish. Plus there's always plenty of fried chicken and a little something sweet to round out your meal

Good, simple, soul food cooking! I'm definitely going back to this spot! The beans alone were good enough to be a meal on their own. The atmosphere was a Good Ol Boy atmosphere that was friendly and welcoming. If you like true southern style this is a stop for you!

Best home cooking around. Only $12 a person. Love the fried chicken & fried catfish. Mac and cheese taste like grandma made it. The coconut pudding is beyond amazing..

My first visit was two weeks ago when I brought two friends one of whom had told me about plantation and the catfish filets. Down home cooking like my Mom used to do. A great throwback. Casual dining with plenty of choices and good food. Friendly staff also a big plus. And the prices...Most reasonable to be found at $11 for all you can eat buffet. Will be returning today for the fried chicken.
