Good, simple, soul food cooking! I'm definitely going back to this spot! The beans alone were good enough to be a meal on their own. The atmosphere was a Good Ol Boy atmosphere that was friendly and welcoming. If you like true southern style this is a stop for you!

The food is gross. I order a plate of steak mash potatoes,green beans and fried okra.The okra was burnt I mean burnt.the beans wasn't cook all the way without no meat.Steak just terrible too hard to chew...My food was waiting on the table.i had to get up and the white guy go point to my food for me to grab. But a couple minutes ago I saw him hands guest their food. The gravy sauce was leaking inside the bag. I was not surprised are pleased.I supposed to have gotten a large size drink I only wanted water but it was a small size cup..10.00meal no it's not worth that amount probably 5.75...Never coming back

My first visit was two weeks ago when I brought two friends one of whom had told me about plantation and the catfish filets. Down home cooking like my Mom used to do. A great throwback. Casual dining with plenty of choices and good food. Friendly staff also a big plus. And the prices...Most reasonable to be found at $11 for all you can eat buffet. Will be returning today for the fried chicken.
