Been to this SB a few times, and it's always been great! They've always gotten my order right. But today was extra great, which prompted this review! Chastyn working the drive thru was the most cheery person I've met, and she lifted my day! Love when I come across people who enjoy life so much and are so kind to others!

Just went through the drivethrough and it was extremely busy, but I had the nicest employee named Victoria greet me over the speaker! She didn't seem stressed at all and was super kind! I've never had a bad experience at this location no matter how busy it gets 😁

Every time I come to this Starbucks they are out of London fog lattes. I've already emailed the district manager and spoke to the store manager. They say they can't control what is ordered to their store...I think it's interesting that Jittery Joe's never has been out of earl Grey tea. Starbucks is becoming one of those companies that got so big they don't care about their customers anymore! While I drink a drink i hardly like...smh

Last week I came in and purchased a large mocha Frappuccino. It was so bitter that I threw it away. Drive - thru cashier told me there was nothing “they” could do now. To me it sounded more like there was nothing he wanted to do to make it right. Today I pulled up at the drive - thru ordered the same large mocha Frappuccino, I asked the drive-through cashier if there was anything he could do to make my Frappuccino not taste bitter and let’s just say he knew what the Frappuccino needed to taste just right!

If you're looking to order in-store pickup only find the doors locked when you get there while looking at your coffee on the counter and you love being completely ignored by staff then waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes to receive cold, mediocre coffee then you're gonna love this place. This review is specific to the Epps Bridge location. The Atlanta Hwy location is the best of the best!
