Shuya Cafe De Ramen - Astoria - Photo album

I'm so sad I discovered this gem as late as I did! The ambiance is very soothing with wooden tables accented by pottery made BY THE CHEF which they use for cups, side plates and ramen bowls which really brings a homey feel to the restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food was incredible!
I went there today and I was amazed. The pork bun was simple but really good. The texture was amazing between the soft steamed bun and the crispy fatty piece of pork. The Ramen was mind-blowing. I had the black truffle & steak winter special and if it's available it's a must eat. The broth with the
Although this place may seem small, but the chef’s heart is large and full. Few mosquitoes had disturbed my meal, but that couldn’t stop me from finishing up some good food. Yes, it is that good. It has that warm welcome feeling of home-cook where each dishes are selected with care, with a very reas
Delicious food and I love the interior design, it seems everting from the small details to the entire store was carefully curated. The special bowl I ordered was very delicious and I was very full after having it. The pork bun was yum as well! I’m so glad that I find this place and will visit again!

The best ramen in NYC— period! The broth alone is just the most flavorful I’ve ever had anywhere. Perfect low key spot for a cozy dinner/lunch. Try the wings— they’re also amazing ❤️
This place is fantastic. It's very cozy, with a warm atmosphere, despite what the pictures of the location may look like. I felt well accommodated. The FOOD was phenomenal. Seriously, I had no idea it was gonna be as good as it was, but it was almost unreal. Broth was creamy, rich, and deep with a
We ordered brussel sprouts tempura, clam ramen and tan tan men. All of them were tasty! Brussel sprouts' flavor goes well with tempura! It's not a Japanese traditional menu but it's really good Clam ramen is very light. Yuzu flavor is good. Wanted more salt. Tan tan men is no soup style. Very goo
