I like going there. One of the places where you can still relax and enjoy the game of pool. But lately my experience was not that great. The music was extremely one sided. I listen to all types of genre. I am 45. I grew up in NY a lot of diversity. But 2 whole albums it seemed of tje same artist. We were there close to 5 hours. It gets aggravating.
Love this place although I've never played pool there. I go to board game meetups, they have lots of space and large tables. There's a great selection of food, from finger food to actual meals. I love the Nachos with cheese, the gyros, the sliders. The staff is absolutely lovely, always available, and they always make you feel at home. I often spend my entire Sat afternoon there, such a great place.

It was June 10, 2021 when I first came to this place for the first time___and I love it!
In 2019, I started this thing in which I have to have a video and pictures of every pool hall I ever gone to for the fist time. But, when it came to Steinway Billiards ---I got carried away of its spaciousness and brightness and started practicing 9-ball with my team mate without a videoing. I started setting my camera phone earlier, but, I noticed its dying battery, So, I plugged it in to an outlet nearby_and forgotten about it! I kept playing with my team mate, who drove us there, until we got tired!
So, we wrapped up our own match and called it a day. He went out to get the car while I was finishing up fixing my stuff, and lastly, to unplugged my phone. I was on the way to the door when I felt something's not right... Wait___I forgot to take a video and pics!🤦 So, I asked the kind waitress to take a pic of me, and placed my self by the stairs to the game room😘. She only took 2 of them. Oh well, it's better than nothing!
But, last night, June 24, 2021, I was there for Alex Gulayan vs Reyes Gomez 30, 000 pot 8-ball match----and I made sure I have lots of pictures! And I have eaten a delicious caramelized cheese cake before going home to sealed my second visit to this epic pool hall with kind and quick-on-their-feet staff❤️ And the owner, George, still felt the same to me: kind and relax-mannered. I don't really know him for last night was the only second time I have spoken to him, but I got this "relaxed" vibe from him❤️
I am looking forward for a third visit with a friend. She too, will liked this pool hall, I know🤗
It is cheaper than what you would get in the city and they also have pingpong and air hockey. Great place!
This is a great room to play some pool in. The carpets and the tables can use a upgrade, but the vintage poolroom feel is still alive in this Steinway classic.
We got charger for 3hours when we just played for 2.30 hours. Other than that it's decent
Finally.... this great place is back in business. All are welcome, just wear a mask. COVID-19 safety protocols strictly enforced.
