The beef tar tar with scotch egg is just a heavenly deviled temptation for the pallet. The cocktails are part tradition-part innovation. The candied bacon will make you throw caution to the wind. And the service is warm and knowledgeable...sold!

Hands down one of my favorite spots in Astoria. Every time I walk in I feel like I'm back in time during the golden age of cinema. Drinks and food are amazing, and they serve bacon at the bar as a snack...BACON! The staff is incredible as well.

Great ambiance and friendly staff. Bartenders are great and so are the happy hour specials. They usually have live music on Fridays and the weekend (I believe). The food here is also really good. All in all, really nice spot to relax and have a drink.

Favorite happy hour for their $1/oysters and good mixed drinks. It's in a cellar, which has an old school vibe. Cool for what it is, though sometimes I miss the natural light. Dinner is good, but not spectacular.
