Came for brunch, couldn’t decide what to order. Our server, Martin, was super helpful making the decision with me. We landed on the steak & eggs with fries on the side.
For the price and taste, it was so worth it!
Visited A Fantastic Diner Restaurant transformed by Gordon Ramsey’s TV Show-Kitchen Nightmare! Absolute fantastic place and seeing the changes are real. Order Fish & Chips they are 100% awesome!!!!! Love this place and will visit here again.
Really nice place with great food and fair prices. The menu is quite big so you will definitely find something nice for yourself. I had egg Benedict which was great.
What a place! I’d done a bit of research on this place and always wanted to go so in our last day on our trip to NYC we did. What a quaint setting and you go back in time as you walk through the doors! It has a great history too. The staff were great and the service was excellent. Originally, we only went there for coffee but when we keep seeing all the amazing food coming out, we asked for a food menu. There was so much to choose from and the food lived up to are expectations. Prices were also good too, a noticeable difference from Manhattan. We would recommend taking a small trip out to this place and it’s only 25 mins away by subway inc walking. It was worth the trip for us and finished off a perfect trip to NYC!
I seen this diner on Gordon Ramsey kitchen nightmares.I decided to stop by and grab a bite just to check it out.I must say customer service is on point. From the moment i walked in i was tended to.The staff is really friendly and nice.I ordered honey bbq wings and French fries. To my surprise the wings were delicious with ranch sauce. The French fries were typical nothing special.I would recommend this diner if your looking for good service.
I admire the atmosphere. The service is wonderful, food tasty, servings are plentiful.
The best diner in Astoria!
This is a really nice classic diner with an immense selection of food on the menu which can be a little intimidating. The menu spans from regular breakfast items eggs and home fries, to a standard lunch menu with sandwiches and burgers, all the way to fresh lobster (they have a live lobster tank by the entrance). There was only about a 10 minute wait on a Sunday morning for breakfast and the service was prompt and friendly. The food was also really good. The only downside was that the floors weren't very clean and the bathrooms were kinda gross to be honest. I'll still come back for breakfast on the weekends though. Just hope they pay more attention to regularly cleaning the bathrooms.
A nice American diner with friendly service and a menu with lots of food & beverage options for all tastes & times of the day.
👍😊👍
The portions are very generous, the prices competitive and the service very friendly!
When in the area I often pop in for a quick bite! 😊😋😉
I am impressed with the service and the quality of the food that the shop provided here. Not to mention the portion size is generous!! My friend recommended this American diner and we both enjoyed our brunch together.
I had a great experience and would highly recommend it if you ever around Broadway in Queens. You will love this place like I do.
Our server's name is Fausto Martin G. Thanks for your excellent service!! We will be coming back!!!
Last week, I visited this place for breakfast after its remodel following the appearance on Kitchen Nightmares! The owners were incredibly welcoming, and I indulged in the Eggs Benedict served alongside crispy home fries, complemented by delightful muffin bites. The combination of fantastic prices and delicious food makes this spot absolutely worth a return visit, in my opinion.
