A very nice cocktail bar in downtown Aspen, located at the Hyatt. Cozy atmosphere with couches by the fireplace. The bar is owned by a local distillery (Marble Distilling Company) - a great opportunity to taste high quality hand-crafted in Colorado spirits.
We ordered different cocktails and loved all of them - so fresh and tasty. There wasn’t a food menu but they told us that they’ll start serving appetizers soon. It would be nice to be able to order at least a cheese and meat plate with the drinks.
Also, the music needs improvement and the lights could be dimmer. Work on the soundtrack please :)
Overall a great place to grab a high quality cocktail at a reasonable price🍸

If you haven't been to (or heard of) Marble Distilling in Carbondale, this tucked away bar in the Hyatt is their second location and equally as amazing so go check it out, their stuff is fantastic.
