Butchers Block

Ordered Turkey & Swiss with Mayo on Marbled Rye. I received turkey & Swiss with MUSTARD on marbled rye. I can’t eat mustard. Worse - two pieces of turkey folded over and two pieces of Swiss folded over for $11.50!!! Didn’t come with chips or side. What a RIP OFF! When I called Butcher Block to complain about mustard instead of mayo the guy on phone argued with me and said the orders are verified/repeated back to make sure correct. Yes. That’s true and the gal who took order read order back with “MAYO”. It was made incorrectly. They did not offer to make a new sandwich or refund. Only - I was wrong and they were right. I’m not worried about &11.50 - it’s the bad attitude and lack of customer service. If you want a great sandwich and well worth the money - go to Grateful Deli on Main. They will make it right and treat you right. I will NEVER return to Butcher Block for sandwiches.

Stopped in for lunch hoping to get a good pastrami on rye, didn't happen.... for $17 I got a depressing attempt at a pastrami on what they may claim is rye, and a small coleslaw that tasted like they put a bag of slaw mix and a jar of knockoff mayo and mixed it together. Both sandwich and coleslaw were a bland overpriced lunch that I will not repeat.
