I love KFC anytime I get it. I normally get the 4 piece tender meal with mashed potatoes. I used DoorDash for the first time today and ordered that exact thing and got 4 piece legs. I didn’t know about this until my delivery person arrived and told me. I had it and a wire popped loose with braces. I wish I was notified about this so I could’ve avoided spending $20 on something that I’m not able to have. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Waited an hour in the parking lot for online order!!.....get home....chicken is overcooked and extra crispy, ordered original recipe. Shorted us 3, not 1, 3 orders of fries. Also didn't include the extra Cole slaw I ordered. The french fries were ice cold. My wife went back immediately at 6:00 on a Friday night for them to fix the entire order. She pulls up to the drive-thru and they inform her they are closing early that there's nothing they can do about the chicken because the fryers are off. It says 8:00 on Google as closing time. As I take this I took a bite of chicken and it is absolutely horrible. Do not even ever grace the drive-thru of this KFC on Oneida in ashwaubenon. Management will hear from me tomorrow we had company here from out of town tonight. What a $60 nightmare. The icing on the cake is how rude every single person in there was. If they're going to close at 6:00 on a Friday cuz they couldn't handle it, they should just board up permanently the food sucks and they're the most ignorant people I've ever had to deal with!

Got a bucket of chicken strips, with mashed potatoes and Coleslaw. Nasty chicken strips were well past selling point, potatoes were very salty beyond what should have been. The workers were very unprofessional and refused to pick up the phone. I will not be going back and would give no stars if possible

It's been 10 years since I visited a KFC, they shorted my dad on his order. Today I thought maybe it'll be different gave KFC the benefit of the doubt that I wouldn't be short on my order. Long be hold I ordered 12 piece chicken only gotten 8. And they forgot my cookies I ordered. I will never go back to a KFC. This restaurant needs better customer service. Corporate needs to do something about it.

Went to KFC at 1pm Oct 3, 2021 and the inside was being used as a child care facility. At least 2 young children were inside. There were no signs of adults and no one taking orders or at the drive through windows. Only signage was the lobby was closed but drive through open. The drive through speaker had a sign "due to unforseen circumstances the drive through will only be open from 12 - 8. Seems like this chain is out of business.
