Awesome as usual, however the burgers in my Big Bacon were just a bit dry, maybe cooked just a touch to long? Thank you for the delicious burger!

First time at Jack’s, lovely staff. Various choices. They are busy but they work fast

Stopped by for breakfast and went through drive through. Instead of ordering at the call box order thingy (I don’t know what it’s called), I was met by an employee with a very bubbly personality. I was confused. Thought I was at Chick-fil-A for a second. Employee took my order and name and then had me pull around to pay. Food was already good but the interaction made it taste better for some reason. Whoever decided to start doing this at the restaurant, WAY TO GO. It felt so personal like at Chick-fil-A, which is my favorite place to eat. But this Jack’s is a close second. Overall great experience!

This is one of our favorite stops when going to visit the family, burgers are great, crinkle cut fries with the seasoning are top notch. Shakes are delicious as well.
