Covered Bridge Pizza

Awesome pizza ordered one last week for my workers & there wasn’t a crumb left. From out of town & my workers wanted one last pizza before we go. I went to order at 10 pm & they aren’t taking any more orders 2 hours before they close. No reason given but it doesn’t make sense? Would have gotten a 5 star rating but not for closing 2 hours early.

Regularly get pizza, cheese bread, and chef salads and everything is correct, consistent and fresh. Staff is always pleasant, even when they're busy. Their cheese bread is less greasy and more cheesy (way better) than the original location, everything else is very similar. Love it. Parking lot could use some lights though :)

Ordered our supper from them last Friday 4/17/20 at 4 pm. The driver delivered our order at 5. I ordered small pizza, 1 salad and 2 bowls of soup. The order came to $21.80 and I gave the driver a $5 tip. As she was pulling out of our driveway my husband flagged her down and told her our soups were not in the order. She said she would go back and get them. At 6:00 I called and asked where our soup was and the young lady who answered the phone asked someone in the background and they said they were too busy to bring our soup! That is when I asked to speak with the manager. The girl came back on the phone and said someone had a delivery in our area and they would bring our soup then. By the time we received or soups 6:45 the bread was hard as it came at 5:00 and the young man that handed it to me never said a word! They had no problem taking my $29.80 but wasn’t going to be bothered with bringing if I hadn’t complained and didn’t even get an apology. Amazing other orders were more important 😡

I went with my family (a group of 10) 3 children and 7 adults. We ordered a few salads, a few pizzas, and my grandmother ordered a meatball sub. The salads took a good 30 minutes to get back to us after we ordered, and the pizzas even longer. The food was okay but nothing amazing. The server was also slightly rude and didn't make us feel welcome. I would only go again if I absolutely had to for a family gathering.
