The staff was very friendly and sociable....when we entered the store a customer was complaining about a partially filled box of french fries....she was a regular and never received less than a full box ....she was told it was because she ordered no salt....I was going to order fries but chose cheese sticks because if that ..I had my usual...French Dip Combo which was delicious. My husband chose the Crispy Bacon Swiss combo...the room is chilly and might be the reason why his sandwich and fries were not hot...nice decor
My husband didn't refill his tea for lack of I e out front..and there was something floating under the ice. Not his favorite Arby's...Ashland, Wisconsin.

Blah, old bottom of the fryer, all the leftovers that fell through curly and regular fries. And when you order Mac and cheese to go, it helps to have a fork in the bag. Best thing I can say was the music the cook was listening to was good.

The strawberry lemonade was delish!
I hope they bring back their Limited Time Only BLTs this summer. I recall they were loaded with excellent bacon and they were generous with the tomatoes. Even the bun was yummy 😋

We moved to Ashland, WI a year ago and during our kitchen remodel we've visited most of the fast food choices in town. Arby's has provided the best Customer Service without question. Add the quality of their Market Fresh sandwiches and we'll keep coming back.

Service was courteous and fast. Order was done correctly and facility was clean. Food was put together with se pride and tasted delicious

Was treated very badly. The girl was so rude to me. Started to argue with me. When I told her I was still waiting for my food even though she gave people who ordered after me got theres. She was talking bad about me too other workers. She tried to say they had too cook my sandwich that's why it took so long. Even though it was a cold sandwich. The fries were cold. I will not be going back.

Went there an hour before closing and they had already turned off their slicer?? For a place that’s known for roast beef it’s kinda funny they would turn that off an hour before close. Even still, they got some good stuffs
