The picture of the pizza's speaks for itself. Our pizza's had to have been spiked on the ground for this kind of carnage. Half of it was inedible. The pizza's also arrived 35-40 minutes AFTER the tracker said it left the store. I can't believe I paid $24 for this mess. I will never visit this location again. I understand why it's rating is so atrocious.

They always forget the dipping sauce, even when you pay for extra! This has happened 7 times or more at this store. The same thing has happened to my boyfriend when ordering from this location, on SEVERAL occasions.
Also, Ordered online around thanksgiving of last year for delivery, an hour passes with no update on where the food is, no one answering the phone in the store, nothing. I finally got a hold of someone and they weren't going to be able to deliver, so I went to go and get the food - It then leaked grease ALL over my car seats! Talked to either the store or Area manager who promised to send out gift certificates - that never happened.
No accountability, order is always wrong.
The only reason we order from this location is if we are just SICK of everything else, and hope that maybe just once it will be right.
If we are lucky and get the other nearby location to deliver - we NEVER have these problems. Quality control is non existent at this location, and has been for YEARS.

Ordered a pizza for delivery over an hour and 15 minutes ago. The online tracker says it was "double-checked for perfection at 6:52", hasn't updated to "out for delivery" yet and it's now 8:00. So the pizza has been sitting somewhere, getting cold, for over an hour. And now there is no one answering the phone, when I'd like to cancel. We've had wonderful pizzas from this location in the past, but the past few times the service has gone way downhill. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!

Pizza took almost two hours to arrive, it arrived stone cold, had been out of oven for well over an hour by the time it arrived and it was the wrong order to boot, the "cheese" pizza had pepperoni. tried calling the store numerous times 10+ and no one answers, did so around one hour after order to cancel the order, then again after the order had arrived another hour later and still no answer. Demand a full refund for the cold pizza that went into the trash. This is the second time I had major issues with my order, the first time I ended up having to go pick it up in hand and saw drivers coming straight from the street to handling pizzas with dirty hands and rude clueless untrained staff. I spoke with Sean the manager after that and he asked for another chance. will not be coming back until management has a clue how to run this location, been a Domino's guy for the last 15 years, recently moving the Ashland, guess it's going to have to be Papa Ginos from now on.

I have no idea why so many 1 stars. I gave my order for pickup and came to get it but the crust was wrong. The manage immediately apologized and had my correct order ready in minutes. I have been to quite a few establishments and this one stands out as a staff that cares about the customer and getting it right the first time everytime. If they don't they work hard to make it right as quickly as possible. The manager at night cares. That's a good thing in any establishment.

I live 2 minutes away from this location but I always order to carryout because I can't never trust their delivery process. Today when I'm back to my house for my surprise the pizza was not the right one...what waste of my time. Not trying to be rude in here just saying. I should eat 1 apple a day like my doctor suggested.

From the last few positive reviews I decided to give this place another shot after a few abysmal experiences in the past. That was dumb on my part. ETA stated 27 to 37 minutes. The pizza "tracker" said the pizza was delivered at about 40 minutes...and yet here I sit; pizza-less. It's been about an hour and a half. I'll be turning the driver away if and when they do decide to show up. Oh, and not to mention I tried calling to let them know not to come and the phone rang and rang and rang--no one ever picked up.

Terrible experience, literally I can'tell believe how bad. First off they were supposed to be open at 1030, I was sending an employee to pickup a $50 order. I called and called to place the order with no answer. 11:15am, a girl finally answers and states the key was not available to open the store and was also rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I needed this order for guys working and had to pay someone for 25min, to sit at dominos because the order was not completed upon arrival and they were too backed up. Get new staff, new management, start over, I will avoid the chain as a whole in the future. Good job losing my business.
