Hands down the best sushi place in the valley. Beyond the incredible quality of sushi you get you just can not beat the prices for the quantity you get. I got the spicy tuna combo which was three rolls for $18. That is $6 per roll & a filling combo with a delicious spicy Mayo sauce over the top. The servers are always welcoming and the sushi chef’s are incredibly fast with their preparation of your rolls. My wife and I always come here for Sushi even if it means a 36 minute drive for us the quality is just too good! Also, Monday’s they have a 20% off all of their rolls special! Can’t beat it!!!

I had a late, light lunch at Umami; a sushi sampler and a seaweed and organic greens salad. It was the best sushi and salad I've had, just perfect. The fish was such excellent quality and the rice was ever so slightly warm, it made all the difference. I don't know what was in that salad but it was a class above the exact same looking salad I've had before elsewhere.

Ramen had literally one tiny piece of pork, some corn, three pieces of bamboo shoots and that's it. Broth was ok but noodles were complete soggy and overcooked. Service was very slow even though it wasn't busy at all. Two stars for the broth but I wish I didn't waste my money there. Beer was quite affordable at $5 for a pint.
