Yuck! Had to make an account just to tell people to STAY AWAY. Went in around 11AM, do the employees there never wash their uniforms? There was white flakes in my cold brew and a long blonde hair wrapped up with my sandwich. I tried to call but nobody answered the phone, I didn't even attempt to leave a voicemail.
If this is how normal food is served I can't even begin to imagine what's behind those counters. Shut this place down and try and save it before the health department shuts you down for good!

Wonderful!! I came in to do some homework. 1st I wasn't at expecting to be served by the cashier but she brought out our drinks, we stayed until the dining room close and we Ordered coffee to go. Sierra added her little touch to our cold brews. This actually made very happy. it was simple cute surprise... I loved it. Great Job Tim Hortons you have a great staff!!

This is the second time in two weeks I have placed order for egg ad cheese croissant and they give me sausage egg and cheese. And I repeatedly tell them while placing order make sure it has no sausage or bacon and always check board if my order is right and it’s always right on board but while packaging they switch.

Rude customer service and management needs to be replaced their GM is sad display of management. Food is nasty anybody can slap some microwavable stuff on some bread not worth the money or the headache!

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. No donuts. Horribly Slow service. Grilled cheese panini was cold with cold unmelted cheese and untoasted bread. Everything bagel with egg and cheese was cold.

Manager brought out refills for coffees while we were sitting outside! She even brought cream and sugar so we could make it how we like! Drinks were perfect and hot, food was amazing! To add the cherry on-top, after she was closed and about to go home, she sat outside and chit chatted with us. She's very young and said she hasn't been with Tim Hortons very long but she's eager to keep going! My group will definitely be coming back more often!!!
