If this is the standard of cleanliness and sanitation in their bathrooms out front, imagine what their standard of cleanliness and sanitation is in the kitchen where they make our food. This isn’t an employee issue or a manager issue. This is an owner issue. There were several dirty diapers laying on the floor and the top of the trash can. How DARE this owner allow someone’s baby to be changed and cleaned in this kind of filthy environment. This is egregiously out of step from any other Chic Fil A I’ve eaten at and would highly advise you to NOT go here.

Every time I’ve stopped at this location while traveling, I’ve always had great service. However, yesterday while I was there one employee went above and beyond my expectations. I’m a new mother and this was the first time in a road trip with my infant son and my husband was unable to make it. I had ordered my food and was at the booth feeding my son when Rita came over to talk to me. We chatted for a couple of minutes while he ate as my food sat there getting cold. She told me once he was done to let her know and she would get me some hot fries. When he was finished I began to eat and Rita came over to me with fresh fries. I never expected this from her but I was deeply touched by her kindness. Going forward, this will always be a stop along my way to and from NOVA.

Clean restaurant. Well prepared food. Total screw up with our order. We received confirmation from the off site coordinator for group sales however when we got to the restaurant the manager on site disavowed any knowledge of our order and then another assistant manager said that he saw it but wasn't sure why our order was not prepared. We had to wait while our orders were cooked. Other than that happy.
