I loved this! The service was nice and the food was good. No complaints. We used a coupon and will prolly come again if we get another coupon.

Dine-in service was great. However, spaghetti was good but not great, especially based on the prices I've paid over the last 6 months. Got really, really skimped on the amount of spaghetti from the drive thru last time. Ordered regular size but received small size. Felt cheated. Used to be a favorite.....now, just another high-priced menu.

I have missed you so Fazoli’s!!! All the locations in dallas closed and haven’t had it in years. The staff was very welcoming and brought our food out very quickly and still steaming hot! Breadsticks were as delicious as ever! Thanks for making our experience as great as we remember it !

They had messed an order up and replaced it tonight. It was great. I had no problems getting it. And they also gave me a diet coke while waiting. Got home. Perfect order. Dinner hot! Thank you Ashland KY Fazoli's!

Was having a bad day. You know the one where everything you attempt to do goes wrong. Well I came into Fazoli’s and of course, I spilled my drink by accidentally knocking it over. The staff who helped me clean it was was exceptionally friendly and upbeat. She made my day with her kindness. She lifted my mood and then my food arrived. Just the delicious comfort I needed to lift my spirits!

Staff is friendly. When we arrived a lot of dirty tables with plates and trash on them that hadn't been cleaned, and most were still there when we left. The bread sticks which are usually amazing were doughy and squished. The pop machine area a little of a mess. Would come back if other options were slim.

Zombie girl at counter didn’t care about our food allergies. Didn’t offer us the $6.99 lunch deals. Both got sick from cross contamination of beef in sauces. Sauces for chicken dishes should not have beef in it. Alpha Gal allergies prevent us from mammal meat (beef/pork) zombie at counter just blank stared us. $5 soft drinks. Never got breadsticks. Ponytail guy never came back with anymore.

Food good and prices decent. However, not happy hearing staff talking bad about customers while I'm trying to eat. And using foul language, even the f word. Not. cool.
We don't get to eat out often, and this is not what we Want to experience.
Restaurant very clean, as was the bathroom.
