Well just like everyone else says it's nice to have a Duncan in this area and also the employees that work there are so respectful and helpful and polite such a delight to interact with and did I mention the coffees are awesome too and Refreshers

No real parking to go inside. Waited in drive through a long time.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, to the point of asking if our drinks were alright as we took our first sips (dined in).
Speedy and tasty, the two things I look for from Dunkin.
Atmosphere was a bit lacking. I wouldn't sit in here for an extended time. The staff are welcoming but the furniture and vibes are not.

Also, maybe train some staff... they act like they have no idea what to do... at all, ordering, questions, customers.... I know tires are hard with employees these days...and it doesn't look like it will change any time soon....

I informed the girl on the drive-thru that was a new coffee drinker and she recommended a drink which was great and she invited me back to let her know if it was good.

Coffee for the road this morning. Ordered with the Dunkin' app for pickup and by the time I had parked the van and walked inside, it was already waiting for me.
Parking lot was mostly tidy and the inside of the restaurant was clean. This was all OK.

I’m writing this review because of a staff member that always goes above and beyond and is super friendly. Her name is Anita. I’m a daily customer and I have noticed when Anita is there that things run smoothly, and the coffee is amazing. She is always so nice and in a good mood.

Friendly staff great food. They all seem knowledgeable when it comes to helping you choose a beverage in my case the type of warm beverage I wanted out of all of the choices and they're very patient with you as you try to decide.
