a good local sandwich place. could be the best with a couple of tweaks manly they need to be more liberal with there sauces. the bread while delicious soaks up any flavor almost completely leaving my sandwich only tasting like meat and salt it's OK but I want more. still this place is so much better than any fast food sub.

My husband and I were heading home from vacation. We wanted a good sandwich to eat. We found this place on Google maps. It was a little difficult to find, but we are SO glad we did!
I ordered the Italian Trio. I'm still eating it as I type this. Lol. It is THE best sandwich I've ever had! Everything on it is so fresh; including the bread.
My husband ordered the Club. He loved it.
If we're in this area again, we will definitely be eating here again.
Love this place! The staff is super friendly. The sandwiches are fantastic, and I also love to get the potato salad on the side. It is killer. Overall a great place, most definitely one of the best subs in town.
Really great sandwiches!! Eat here 3 or 4 times a month, and all the subs are good.... great staff, too!! They make a lot of their own stuff, and it shows in the quality.. My wife is from New Jersey, and this is her favorite sub shop in Asheville
Found this on Google maps, looking for an excellent sub to go. Great food, staff, and a 100% rating from the city quality and cleanliness people. My wife says, “CLEAN BATHROOM!!!” That says it all.
So thankful this place is here and I feel bad cause sometimes I have to make late DoorDash orders as I get off work at a weird time but they’re always so accommodating.
I’m obsessed with their sandwiches & have to stop myself from getting one every single day. Everything is AMAZING, especially the pickles, bread, & condiments.
The subs are built perfectly so nothing falls out or is overly messy.

Not epic, which is required for me to grant 5 stars... that being said, will not disappoint. They have a great assortment of subs. The ham and Swiss is as good as it gets, good ham, good cheese, fresh tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber, the cucumber really set it apart. The Ruben... perfect. The key is prep, heat meat in saucepan pan, throw on flat grill with cheese, flash the kraute, put together. That's old school all the way, no short cut...brings out all the flavor. Is it NY 2nd street deli, no, but I'm happy enough. So why 5 stars if not epic? Dr Brown's soda, specifically Celray soda, this is only place in Western NC that has it.
Some of the best subs we've had. The bread, roast beef, potato and pasta salads are made in-house. They use high-quality Thuman meats and cheeses. Prices are reasonable. $11-$14 for a 12" sub with a side of chips, potato or pasta salad or slaw. Looking forward to trying the Cheesesteak and Old School Special subs next time. Be sure to check out their new location in Black Mountain as well.
This is one of my favorite sandwich shops in Asheville. It takes a little longer, but They don’t just slap ingredients on the bread. They assemble them with care. These guys are sandwich artists.
