This has always been a favorite burger spot for years for me. So, today I had the hankering for a big tasty Cheeseburger. So I wait 5 mins for my food because it's always fresh made to order. Today I ordered a 1/2 lb Double Cheeseburger. Instead of the fresh meat patties, today I receive 2 of those frozen tough nasty patties on my Cheeseburger. I took one bite and instantly knew it was bad. My onion rings were very under cooked.
I understand sometimes restaurants have to improvise or make substitutions on certain food items. But this. I won't be back. Bc now my favorite burger place now uses processed meat.

We have been going here even as I was a child, and now I take my kids. The staff is amazing, and friendly, and willing to go the extra mile every single time we go, they try to help us in anyway, whether it's that I forgot to order something or a kid didn't like something. They have never been snooty, or rude even if I have to hold up the line! There milk shakes, hotdogs and fries is what we go for! Prices are reasonable too!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Incredibly rude staff and management. Food is almost always cold, portions are small- especially if they are running low on something, they'll just split what they have. For example, I ordered 2 funnel fries and while waiting forever in line, the car behind me orders funnel fries and they're told they just ran out. When I get my order, the portion size was less than half of what I'd gotten in the past. The cherry drink tastes like cough syrup. Overall, I get better service from Cook Out on a bad day. I won't be back here.

My mom waited in line for over 20 minutes for food which isnt new. That part was fine. This is the second time in a row they have messed up our order. The first time was our fries. This time it was my bacon cheese burger. When my mother called and talked to the manager she was told it was should have been in the bag. My mother then said it wasnt. Was then told she didnt know what to do other than tell her it was in the bag. That was rude and unprofessional on the managers part and we will not be going back there. It is a shame because we went there a lot because the kids love the chicken tenders.
