This was the worst experience I’ve ever had when eating anywhere! My eggs were water not cooked at all! There was a hair in my sisters food we never received refills and my toast was so beyond burnt and my bacon was not cooked. The service was terrible and I will not be returning. When I asked for my food to be fixed or remade they refused. I definitely do not recommend eating here.

We went yesterday for some lunch. Server was quite forgetful, but she was friendly.
We ordered a glass of milk with our meal and I noticed it looked like there were literally "chunks" in it. I mentioned it to the server and she was nice enough to remove it from our bill. However, around 8 pm, the sickness set it. The entire night was spent with the 2 of us that had the milk, vomiting all night long.
I then tried to call them to let them know, but got no answer after a dozen attempts. So, I called another IHOP to get a message to them. Not a happy camper.
Updated 12/2021...
Never did hear from them.
Stopped in today. No improvement 🤐

Terrible service! I couldn't get grits like I always order because our server said they have instant grits and she didn't know how to make them. I'm like, can you read? Instant grits have to be one of the easiest things you can possibly cook. My mother got sick and I had to take her outside and my brother came and picked her up and took her home. My sister in law was with me and she stayed inside and waited for me to come back in. My sister in law is disabled and had to take my mother's glass of orange juice away from the table because the server wouldn't even touch it. I know they have gloves in there. She wouldn't even wash our table. I'll never go back to this location again. My mother got sick because of her medicine. She didn't have any sort of virus. This was a terrible experience and completely opposite of the service my mother and I received at our last visit. Who doesn't know how to make grits in the south?! Completely rude service by this girl!

There were two waitresses but only six tables being used with we came in. We had to wait for them to clear a table before being seated. Then we waited over 15 minutes before getting our drink order taken. When the waitress finally came I asked if we could order as well because I wasn't sure how long we'd have to wait for her to come back. It was close to 10 minutes when she came back with our drinks I asked for creamer for my coffee and by the time she came back my coffee has cooled enough I could turn up the cup and drink it all. When we finally got our food I was missing two pieces of French Toast. When I asked the waitress said I was wrong, by this point I really didn't care any more. My food was barely warm. My kids said their's was pretty warm. She never offered us refills. I asked for some because everyone's glasses were empty or very close to it. I never got anymore coffee. I tried very hard to give the benefit of the doubt but it was truly ridiculous!!!! I would have left before we ever gave our order but my son was really wanting to eat there!! I just don't know if I'll chance going back. They use to have really good food and great service but I have no idea what happened!!!

At the time and day that I went the service was atrocious and there were only 4 tables seated. The kitchen couldn't seem to get the orders correct. I sat for 45 minutes before I got my order. Again there were only 4 tables seated. Then when I did get my order the hash browns were crisper than a corn nut. I think its an isolated incident or atleast I hope it was.

Waiter was awesome. Food was just okay. The restaurant itself needs a makeover. Carpet is so worn our shoes stuck to it when walking.

It was great. From the Hostesses to the food. And the waitress was just right on. Busy, but not bad. Will be back.

I just have to share my experience of the Asheboro Ihop with others. Over the course of 6 months, after standing, waiting to be acknowledged all while others are dining. Staff makes there way to me to advise, "we are closed, just taking to go orders" I'm truly shocked both times as this is an hour before. Not a large table to handle, just me. First time I couldn't quite wrap my head around not serving 1 person, but I decided to give them another shot. Now tonight I look ahead to ensure IHOP is open before pulling into the parking lot. Dejavu, stand there, different face, numerous people. I am thinking is anyone coming to seat me. " We are only taking to go orders". What??? "We are closed". I had to pause a moment to think how I wanted to respond. It's just me, 1 person. Your not closed when the doors are open, numerous people. I don't know, everyone's not a party of 4 or 6, etc. I didn't think it that was that inconvenient to serve 1 person pancakes. I didn't walk in 15 minutes before closing. I quoted the time, 64 minutes until closing. That was the last time, unless I am a glutin for punishment. Do I really have to put a star, wow.
