Firehouse Subs

This is probably one of the better firehouse sub locations. Ive never had a bad experience from here in all my visits. They stay pretty busy so if you're impatient take your patience pill lol. The meatball sub smashes subways by a country mile. So if you're a meatball sub person i highly recommend it.

This is the BEST Firehouse in the area! The service is always great and friendly. These people know how to make a sandwhich. If it is smokey when you walk in don't be alarmed...someone's sandwhich is cooking! Of course they have one of the fancy Cole machines so you can create your tasty soda concoctions! #LTFD Enjoy

Food was really good. The staff didn't seem too pleased that we came in right before close, but the sign outside said 10p, we got there at 8:50p, and apparently due to C19 they closed early. We had no idea and they really didn't explain very clearly or anything. Despite that, they made our food well and we enjoyed it. I would just say they need to remember they're in a travel area and not everyone knows their policies. Kindly, clearly explaining goes a long way.

Went to eat lunch here on 07/10, ordered a simple small sub waited patiently for my food, the employee gave my sub to the wrong person, that customer opened up the sub touched the bread and realized he had the wrong food. Then the employee tried to give me the same sub after the other customer had physically touched it? I refused to take the sub and immediately demanded my money back, the manager on duty did not apologize and did not offer to make me another sub. This place is nasty, every time me and my family have went the place is disgusting 07/10 was my last visit to this location. your management and customer service is absolutley terrible, this place is a poor representation of Firehouse subs. I would have given it 0 stars if possible, save your money go to subway

I had a med ham. Found a piece of red hair in it. I am a pretty nasty person so I just pulled it out and kept going as firehouse is my favorite. Lo and behold there was another piece red hair on the other half. Again I am disgusting so I pulled it off and kept going. And again a third piece of red hair. on a 5in sub I found 3 pieces of red hair. Not even like a clump or anything. Three stray hairs all over pieces of meat of the sub. Hard to not suspect foul play. I ate the whole sub but still I did not enjoy it. I order catering a lot for my business's clients and customers. I will no longer be doing this. I went back to take a picture of the evidence and realized that instead of three pieces of hair it might have just been one really long one that got cut up when they made the sub. Still bad though.
