Today I had the best customer service at drive through. Never before have I had such great service here. Last night I was there and O M G!!! I could not believe how this person took my order. She interrupted me as I was placing my order by cutting me off and then saying what else? I didn't want Karen to show up so I am assuming she's new or she's just having a bad day. However today, this sweet young girl was so friendly, so polite and so professional 💕💕💕 I had to let the people at the window know that I appreciated her service. Customer service is a HUGE DEAL. If you do not know how to treat people kindly and give good service YOU DO NOT NEED TO WORK THAT POSITION! Managers need to know who is good at what and make sure the person who is communicating with customers can represent the business in a good light. I wished I could have known the young ladies name that took my order today. I'd give her a shot out for sure! Do not eat here in the evening. You will be in line for ever... Go to Burger King. That is what I had to do 2 other times. I'm very pleased with today's visit and I hope that I can get the same experience the next time I visit.💕

The drive thru was moving really slow so I decided to go inside to order, I wish I would have just waited in my car, everything was nasty, ice cream machine was dripping on to the floor behind the counter, the coke machine was gross, didn't look like the countertop has been cleaned in days. Very disappointing.
