A normal Starbucks - not too busy when we were there - we waited a while for our two hot chocolates only to see those we’re already done for a while and standing on the counter that we could not see where we sat though it was just two meters away. Nobody cared to call the name that was asked for and nobody cared that the two cups were there untouched getting cold while we asked us how long it still lasts to make two chocolates in an almost empty room. Beside that all relatively standard.

Happy with the drive-thru service today. Connor is very courteous, and has excellent customer skills. Overall the drive-thru was quick, no long wait.

I only went through the drive through, but I was greeted with great enthusiasm and positive energy from Connor. He truly made my day. I just wanted a coffee, but I left with a smile too

Im down in Virginia for a wedding and needed my coffee fix. Came to this location because it was close by the hotel i was staying at. Was greeted very enthusiastically. Ordered two white mochas. They came out quick and tasted great. Place was very clean - and big too!

Went thru the drive thru and it was fast, friendly service, even with my carload of passengers couldn't make up their minds on their orders. Lol! This is a great spot for coffee and in a great location.

Always a line in the drive-thru, but that's to be expected when they serve the BEST. COFFEE. EVER. Try the hot white mocha coffee. You're welcome. 😁

It's a Starbucks so the food and drinks are well known. Service is usually great with the more seasoned employees and if you are a regular a couple of the employees seem to make it a point to remember you and your typical order. Plenty of seating and outlets to go with that if needed. My biggest gripe is the Flies/Nats have been constant annoyance within this particular spot for weeks. Please address this Starbucks!
