Happy with the drive-thru service today. Connor is very courteous, and has excellent customer skills. Overall the drive-thru was quick, no long wait.

A normal Starbucks - not too busy when we were there - we waited a while for our two hot chocolates only to see those we’re already done for a while and standing on the counter that we could not see where we sat though it was just two meters away. Nobody cared to call the name that was asked for and nobody cared that the two cups were there untouched getting cold while we asked us how long it still lasts to make two chocolates in an almost empty room. Beside that all relatively standard.

It's a Starbucks so the food and drinks are well known. Service is usually great with the more seasoned employees and if you are a regular a couple of the employees seem to make it a point to remember you and your typical order. Plenty of seating and outlets to go with that if needed.
My biggest gripe is the Flies/Nats have been constant annoyance within this particular spot for weeks. Please address this Starbucks!

I only went through the drive through, but I was greeted with great enthusiasm and positive energy from Connor. He truly made my day. I just wanted a coffee, but I left with a smile too

I wanted to edit this as I’ve started to realize how much of a Karen I have sounded. They’re just low on staff, cut them some slack. The reason I have given four stars was because they did not make the drink with light ice.
