I prefer this location over the Reston location. They are much more polite and friendly. The servers are incredible. We’ve had a few issues with the hostess stand whenever we do a tasting prior to our reservation but aside from that we truly appreciate and love this restaurant.

Making a reservation with the website wasn't working but it turns out we didn't need it. We got lucky and sat right away in the bar area. Our server had a wonderful attitude and was very helpful. My wife got the filet mignon and I got the shrimp and scallop risotto. Both of our meals were very good.
Chill fall Saturday afternoon in Ashburn. A quiet Coopers Hawk is a nice outing. My food was delicious even though it was high calories and fat, but what do you expect when its not on the 600 calorie section of the menu.
We visited on a busy Saturday evening and were seated within a great amount of time as a party of 5. I also greatly admire there wine tasting bar at the front of the resturant for people to partake in as they wait to be seated. I ordered the steak and shrimp combination dinner and it was very tasty.
