Our brunch was divine. The food, service, and ambiance was impeccable. I couldn’t believe how kind and elevated the service was from Jenna. The ambiance I would best describe as moody, homey, and leading with edge while boasting an urban-like appeal. We had the cheese charcuterie and potato casserole to share, and I had the Belgian waffle. Everything was perfect, including the recommended special mimosa. My first and definitely not last time here. This was worth the 3 years of me staring down, and finally pulling the trigger to try, Pascal & Sabine 🎈

I’ve been here a few times and felt compelled to review.. I shared a beautiful Sunday night dinner with my boyfriend. The ambiance was French & romantic, candle lit with flowers on each table, fantastic service, delicious food beautifully plated and simply excellent. The bar tender crafted a mocktail given my simple “seasonal” instructions that exceeded expectations. 10/10 would recommend. My only suggestion to the restaurant would be to close the curtains on chilly nights as the room gets drafty !

Fantastic dinner, from start to finish! Treat yourself to a meal at this French brasserie for date night, which will make you feel like you’re in Paris. Complete with live music! Have been here a few times and the food has been consistently delicious and perfectly prepared. Recommend the fromage and charcuterie boards, as well as the oysters and French onion soup to start. We had the Porterhouse for 2 — perfection! We didn’t have any cocktails, but they looked amazing and the bar seemed so pleasant and inviting. The wine list was great — something for everyone.

A very good date spot to eat in Asbury. Some advice. Get a table in the dining room vs the lounge. The lounge is not the bar area you would think and rather right behind the hostess and not very appealing IMO. We were not thrilled about the interaction with the hostess. We had a reservation and arrived on time. There were multiple tables open in the dining area but none in the lounge. We were told we had to wait until one opened up in the lounge. After 20 mins we asked another staff member to be seated in the dining area and we were accommodated after being told no 2x by the hostess. The waiter was fantastic so it totally made up for the start to the evening. The food is very rich and salty but I can understand as it is a French/Euro restaurant. But the mussels were fantastic and the mushroom tart as well. Everything else we tried was good but not noteworthy. The cocktails are the highlight. Every one of them was amazing.

Still fantastic. Pascal and Sabine proves that great food in a high end setting does not need to be pretentious. I came with my wife and young children for Father’s Day brunch. Over the course of waffles, bacon, croissants, seafood tower, croque madame and six cocktails later, we left a happy family. Shout out to our server for being just the right amount of attentive. We will return!

Love this restaurant! We were in Asbury Park for 4 days and ate here 3 times! Sunday brunch, dinner and appys and drinks. Outdoor seating was perfect with our 2 yorkies and dinner inside was really special. From the hostess to servers and bartender too were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Nice vibe inspired us to sit at the bar for after dinner drinks. Our favorite menu items had to be the escargot and French onion soup but everything was really delicious! 😋 Will definitely be back!

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Asbury. Service is great, food is great, drinks are amazing. Be ready to pay for it all as it's not cheap. A small glass, and they are small, of wine is $18. Cheese platter with 4 cheeses is $30. Fish and meat dishes over $45-70. It's a nice splurge for a special occasion. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Weekends you need a reservation. I prefer midweek since it's slower.

We made an impromptu stop at @pascalandsabine in Asbury Park, NJ over the weekend and I'm SO glad we did! I have never been here, despite living at the shore area my entire life and it did not disappoint! With dark, moody, well-thought decor, they have barside and tableside (both indoor and al fresco) dining options as well as a smaller, more intimate bar area towards the front corner of the restaurant. Our bartender, Brock, not only served up the tastiest libations but made some really great recommendations, as well. Overall, a great experience with amazing food (the kind I've been looking for since my return from France). I had the garlic soup and escargot while my husband dined on the mushroom tart, all of which was incredible. This establishment is absolutely on our short list of go-to restaurants in our area and made a really great first impression. Be sure to stop in for a drink, snack or full meal next time you're in Asbury!

It was love at first sight! We started off at the bar. Herbie made some awesome suggestions on the menu, and a killer cocktail to boot! For dinner we shared the oysters, caviar and escargot. All were simply delicious. For our meals, we had the Dover sole, duck cassoulet and a steak special. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our server, Jenna, was a delight! My new favorite place in Asbury!
