Came here with some family after hearing them rave about it. We ordered the clotted cream biscuit and two pizzas, the margie and the rocket. We loved the clotted cream biscuit, it was a cross between a scone and soda bread. While both pizzas were delicious, the rocket seemed a little overpowered by the arugula and the margie needed just a little more cheese. Definitely will be coming back and trying out a few other pizzas.

From the moment I stepped into Talula's in the heart of Asbury Park, I knew I was in for a treat. This charming pizza joint, with its cozy and welcoming ambiance, immediately set the tone for a memorable dining experience. Atmosphere: The decor at Talula's strikes a perfect balance between trendy and homey. The warm lighting and rustic touches create an inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for both casual dinners and special occasions. The open kitchen added a lively vibe, allowing us to catch glimpses of the magic happening in the pizza oven. Service: The staff at Talula's were nothing short of exceptional. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, providing recommendations that were spot on. The service was prompt without feeling rushed, a testament to their professionalism and efficiency. Food: Now, onto the main event - the pizza! Talula's truly shines in its culinary creations. We started with a seasonal salad, which was a fresh and flavorful beginning. But the pizza was the star of the show. We opted for one of their signature pies – the 'Beekeeper's Lament', and it was a revelation. The combination of spicy soppressata, fresh mozzarella, and a drizzle of honey was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures. The crust was perfectly charred and chewy, just as a good Neapolitan-style pizza should be. Drinks: The craft beer selection was impressive, featuring local breweries that complemented our meal wonderfully. They also had a variety of unique cocktails and a well-curated wine list. Value: Considering the quality of the ingredients, the skill in preparation, and the overall dining experience, I found Talula's to offer great value for money. Overall Impression: Talula's Pizza is more than just a pizza place; it's a culinary gem in Asbury Park. It's clear that there's a lot of love and care put into every aspect of this establishment. Whether you're a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal. It's not just about eating; it's about enjoying a delightful and delicious experience. Would I Return? Absolutely, without a doubt. Talula's Pizza has earned a spot on my list of must-visit restaurants in Asbury Park.

Ok this place is so cute. The vibes are great, the music is lovely and the staff is so kind. The food was SO GOOD. the Rueben was quite messy and greasy LOL but it was sooo good. The Shirley temple was also lovely. Not too sweet and perfect size. The turmeric drink is spicy with the ginger but so refreshing and delicious. The kimchi bowl was very fresh and filling. A great little lunch spot! The cafeteria tables aren’t my fave but luckily it wasn’t packed so we weren’t crammed next to other people. Definitely a great spot!

Came back to Talula's after a few years. Loved it. Our group of 5 got 4 pizzas, one was gluten-free, and we love all of them. I have to give a big shout our to Talula's for the incredible gluten-free pizza. It was excellent. My wife thoroughly enjoyed it. My favorite was the smoked mushroom pizza. A winner!

Cute place with delicious food. Everything is fresh and tasty! The bread and butter service is amazing. The pizza is great, the wood oven gives the crust a nice flavor. The Kale Caesar is pretty damn good too. Yum!!

Talulah’s is a farm to table pizza restaurant. All the ingredients are in season and fresh. The dough has a nice chew to it and is perfectly cooked. We had the mustard and cheddar pizza and the smoked mushroom pizza. I loved the mustard and cheddar pizza! It was very unique. Under the layer of cheese it had a layer of Dijon mustard, and it was topped with kale and apples. The smoked mushroom pizza was very good! It was topped with potatoes, goat cheese, and fontina cheese. It wasn’t as cheesy as the mustard and cheddar pizza. That’s another reason I preferred the mustard and cheddar better. All the desserts are house made even the ice cream. I had the apple cider donut cake which was AMAZING! The cake was so moist and layered with salted apple pie filling. I can’t wait to go back and try the other pizzas and desserts! I highly recommend Talulah’s in Asbury Park!

Stopped by here around lunch on a weekend so the place was really busy. The atmosphere was great and staff was very friendly and attentive. I shared two pizzas with some friends and both were good, not great. The arugula drowned out the other flavors on the Rocket pie and both probably could’ve been cooked a little longer. Still very fresh ingredients and a good selection of pizzas and other food to give it a try.
