I like their sandwiches. Really good for a corporate chain sandwich place -- way better than Subway. They are pretty fresh tasting ingredients overall

I was just in this restaurant, and I will NEVER be back. This is the second encounter I have had with Brandon. Brandon has zero customer service skills and should not work in the front of the house. I’d suggest firing him or demoting him to a dishwasher. Regardless, this store will never get my business again.

Normally great. Got honey mustard instead of Dijon/spicy brown on two sandwiches which is what we requested. When I pointed this out I was told I ordered honey mustard. This is an order while you stand restaurant so easy to know I didn't. They offered to remake it but that wild meant they threw away 2 whole subs so I declined, just wish they listened properly. 1/7/20 at 1300hrs

Ever since Covid, even after everything is opening back up, they have shortened their hours in the evening. We would normally go pick up our order at 8:15-8:30 and now they close at 8. It’s basically a takeout place as is so it doesn’t make sense to continue closing early. We order takeout on the regular and now have to go elsewhere. The food is usually pretty good but not sure why they would want to lose out on sales....it’s Summer and light out til 9:30 pm. Doesn’t seem like a great business decision IMO.

They wrapped my sub up before I could even ask for other toppings. Didn’t even cut my sun in half. My other sub I asked for pickles and the person gave me a big sigh…

I don't need to tell you the food is good because it's a Jersey Mike's of course it's good. But the service is fast and friendly and there's plenty of seating and parking.
