7-eleven

No responsibility to open the store in a timely manner. Closed store without any notice and it reeks of weed outside the store. Workers probably just left to toke and forgot to reopen at the time it said it would. There's 2 cars outside the store which definitely belongs to workers there but doors lock and no workers in store.

~UPDATE~ Been here twice since my first review, it seems much better! I feel things may have just been way off the first visit. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The lot was still a bit grungy but much better. The inside was clean and fresh. Everything was full and ready for the customers. Much better! Good job 7-Eleven! ~ORIGINAL~ So the parking lot is filthy littered with trash and cigarette butts. Went in to get a ice/cold brew coffee and they were out with no other customers in the store. Maybe they had just had a rush IDK. No greeting from either of the employees upon entry. The coffee bar was dirty and sticky as if it hadn't been cleaned all morning. One employee (a large man) was wearing the 7-11 smock the other (older lady) was in plain clothes. I got my drink and went to the counter, the lady rang up the drink and gave me the price, she didn't ask about any loyalty card so I offered her my phone to scan she seemed preoccupied with other behind the counter things and seemingly ignored my offering. So a sat my phone on the counter with the app up and she eventually picked up my phone scanned it and set it back down. While I was getting my cash out. I gave her the cash and she didn't say anything about the amount of change she was giving back just held it out seemingly impatiently. No salutation from either employee upon departure. The lady was curt and blunt. Even when I said "thank you, have a great day" there was no reply. I will give the benefit of a doubt that they may gave been slammed before I got there and she may gave had a bad start to the day. So I will try them again to see if the story is the same or not and go from there.

If you’re gonna close because of being “short staffed “ it would help if not only would you guys tell the truth..but actually go home and don’t have any lights on …very unprofessional ..don’t understand how you’re short staffed on the graveyard shift and you have 2 employees here ..I will not be returning

Wouldn't sell me a lottery ticket with debit card. Bought lottery tickets from all over the state and never been denied for debit. Same as cash. I can literally ask for cash after a purchase and you can give me cash. I know the education isn't high but please educate your employees. I've actually bought tickets from this store with debit in the past. Told her that and she wanted me to give her names.

My kid asked me to go there after his class for a free Slurpee, cashier was friendly and engaging, store was super clean. I was not aware the 7/11 celebration ended at 7 p.m. it was 9 p.m. the guy was super cool and did not even mention the time had run out for free Slurpee and said enjoy, very cool, thanks 7/11 guy, I buy coffee at all 4 local locations, this one is the top location among them!!
