I visited the dining area during the lunch hour and the drive through was loaded. They got to my order pretty quickly. It wasn't crowded. Dining area wasn't as clean as it could have been, but it wasn't bad, either.

Very lazy staff. Apparently regional manager has asked the location to be closed at 9:30 instead of 10 o’clock. Waited at the drive-through for seven minutes until I had to drive to the second window where and they told me they could not serve me because everything was shut down but then proceeded to tell me they had whoppers they could serve me. Just a location trying to close early before closing time

I went around 11:30 in the lobby was closed when I questioned why the lobby was closed I got an attitude from from punk teenager. I ordered through my app and was told to go through the drive-thru even though I know that was very unsafe, end up having to call corporate. Worst experience ever I didn't even get my food

Made our sandwiches wrong gave us the wrong size frys . The lady was rude when I had to go to the drive thru on foot to let them know they screwed up our order. Lobby was closed.

The staff are pleasant (always have been) but the food is rarely the correct temperature its supposed to be. Forget breakfast temps ever being correct. Lunch/dinner options are better off. I always have mayo on my burger (always ask for no mayo). In the last year things have honestly improved. Overall a typical BK experience.

No masks were being worn while food was being prepared and handled. Very disappointed to see this lack of care of others. Hopefully, this staff will start wearing their masks. As I have contacted the city to inform them of this location. They told me they will be fined and/or shut down if they receive more reports. Will drive the extra 5 minutes for staff that follow the mandates!

I am sad about the state of affairs in today's world. This restaurant closed for the day after serving me at 1130 am. The reason you may ask no employees. One gallant employee tried very hard to run the restaurant alone. People are just not working. How long do we think this can go on?

They pre make everything sometimes hours in advance. Even when I ask for it fresh it comes out soggy or microwaved let alone they can’t even get a simple order correct.
