Tam's Chinese Restaurant

Pros: great service, great staff Cons: Food was okay; not what I'm used to with Chinese food. It's clearly not the same owners as when was located on Ralston. If you were expecting the old owner, staff, food and atmosphere it's gone. Nice people tho and very friendly. I like Chinese restaurants owned and run by Chinese, which is not the case with Treasure Pot anymore.

We ordered dinner tonight from this restaurant. We had been there before and liked the food. I had to make four phone calls and we never had any food delivered. The first phone call after one hour I was told that it was on its way. The second phone call after one hour and 45 minutes I was told they were very busy with no apologies. The third phone call at five minutes until nine before they closed I was hung up on. The fourth phone call the manager got on the phone and said he personally delivered it to my door. When I replied I had no food he yelled and called me a liar. When I tried to say that possibly it was to the wrong address he once again called me a liar. No food, horrible customer service, incompetence and I will never go there again. If you value your money don’t go there. The Treasure Pot needs a new manager!
