Used to be the best. Last couple of times by this location has been a let down. Fries are not fresh or hot, alittle soggy. The burgers look like they might have been walking through the streets of NYC and gotten mugged. Beat up and sloppy. I know its just fast food, but they used to care alittle about presentation.

The store was pretty on the money food is really good service was excellent she remembered I ordered didn't have to repeat it which is hard to do nowadays apparently and everything was done the way we wanted it tasted great just a little bit pricey but I guess everything is now days I mean when you can get a Five Guys burger just down the street is $10 a burger but either way it was good deal thank you

I ordered 1 item & you couldn't get it correct . All I wanted was 3 pack of bambino burgers with cheese no pickels + onion. So I get no cheese no pickels no onions! Not worth $7.45

I didn’t think this was even possible! I ordered a #1 and a #2. The number one is a single beef patty burger and the number 2 is a double patty. If you glance at the photos there is obviously something missing…. Hum…. MEAT! Yes, this really happened! Unbelievable! I understand that people make mistakes but I never thought I would get a burger without the meat… Now we gotta go back to have them correct the order. I don’t think I will order a frozen custard this time either because I fear they may forget the custard….

Mediocre burger at best
The owner replied, so I thought I'd add. I remembered the "6 dollar burger" served at sit down restaurants not long ago. A good meal. I paid just under $6 for the Goodtimes burger including tax. The patty was warm, not much flavor, probably frozen not long before.The pickle, tomato, bun were cold as if just out of the cooler. Made the patty less warm. An unsavory sandwich. The veg should be room temp. The bun should be toasted and the hamburger should be hot when put on the sandwich. Next time I'll take my $6 and buy a pound of hamburger and an artisian bun at king's and grill up a really "Good time' meal at home.

Abhorrent customer service today when I stopped by that will hopefully be corrected. Food quality was good as usual. The person working the window took my order and i saw when I got the reciept that there was a misunderstanding over the microphone which I understand happens. I politely corrected it and apologised for any inconvinience. The server rudely corrected me not only once but twice insted of just letting it be and as a server I was appauled at that kind of customer service. Hopefully she was just having a bad day but it supprised me as I usually have above board service here.
