Mcdonald's

Alright enough is enough with this place. I used to love eating here because it was fast and affordable. During the week here in the mornings the crew is always on point, friendly, fast, polite, and sober. After driving back to my house I discovered items were missing. I don't need to say how frustrating this is. Because items were missing and the questionable attitude I went back and requested a refund. If items were forgotten then I'll question quality as well. It's not worth getting sick. The guy asked "What was wrong" and I stated "You forgot items". He then rolled his eyes and shouted at the top of his lungs to someone in the kitchen. Didn't offer an apology, didn't offer to make it right, just wanted me to go away is the vibe I got. I also recognized this individual from another location I visited for lunch and had nearly the exact same experience. 58th and Washington in case you're wondering. Seems to me you have a bad apple. I still didn't get the correct refund because whoever was actually managing the establishment couldn't be bothered to come help and instead tried to bark directions from the kitchen. So point being now is I will no longer be eating at any McDonald's in the Denver area because of multiple poor experiences.

The night time male manager doesn’t like being told he was wrong and will hold a grudge as long as he remembers, never had problems with his night staff or the day shift just him. Tonight he peeked his head out the window to confirm it was us and then had a cook hand us our food immediate red flag! Our McDouble was flattened as if it was stepped on and only came with two drops of ketchup and cheese nothing else, didn’t know I ordered an only ketchup smash burger? Previously working in the fast food industry it’s sad to see people like him in a manager position.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Paid for our food got our drinks and 2 items out of 10 then were asked what we were waiting for. They asked for the food back and then gave us another bag. We checked it and we’re missing items still. The manager comes to the window already super rude and tells us we didn’t order cinnamon rolls, even thought they were on the screen and wouldn’t give us a receipt. Got to work and almost everything in the order was wrong. No straws or napkins. Get better management corporate!

We pulled up to the drive thru and ordered at 10:11 pm. There were 3 cars in front of us. When we finally got to the first window at 10:32 the little boy asked if we were Doordash we answered no he closed the window then reopened it fast and said what are you. We replied with 8 mcdoubles he then said oh yea I can't do ur order I already cleaned the grill (it's 10:33 they close @11:00) So we asked why did the girl let us order and not tell us? He said oh idk but I'm telling you now sorry. Then closed the window. McDonald's closes at 11:00 you don't get to leave @ 11:00.
