I just left this Subway. I live down the street and go often. Today though was the worst it has ever been. The 4 women there were very busy, but also EXTREMELY rude. I know it’s busy, but it is also a lunch place at lunch time so maybe they just need to find something they like better for work. On top of being rude, we were rushed and then told the credit card machine wasn’t working and we had to pay with cash. Luckily I had cash, but the lady infront of me didn’t and they basically told her she’d have to sit and wait for it to come up or leave her half made sandwich. (Would have went in the trash anyway) The lady almost cried. Maybe the workers were having a bad day, but I’ll drive an extra mile to never go there again!

I ordered the steak and cheese. She put so little steak I had to ask for more. Was charged 1.50 more here is the sandwich

Why offer curbside if you’re not going to answer the phone and bring it out?!?! And it’s super lame that I paid for extra bacon and didn’t get it. Ripping people off like that isn’t nice. Maybe teach your employees to read the order so they can make it properly…that would probably be helpful. Or maybe they can read, but they just don’t pay attention or care. 🤷🏻♀️

Usually not knocking restaurants but this is twice in a row that our mobile orders are not even close to what we ordered. Toppings and sauces on the wrong sandwiches essentially ruining each!

If you order online from this location, check your food before you leave! Even thought that's completely hard to do with a sandwich, right. These people made two of ours wrong. When I called for a refund - being fair on just one sandwich, the manager said we could either take our food all the way back to make it again or return the food the next day for a refund. Excuse me - what?? They said they didn't want to lose money on us eating the sandwiches and getting our money back. Haha, okay because our total order was $21 and they have lost a lot more than that on losing a customer for life. I want to add that the call time it took to complain was outrageous as well. If Subway makes you place an order online to get a deal, then the employees should ensure that it is made correctly. Will never be back.

A nice small store with friendly employees. Sandwiches are good...nothing fancy. They get busy during lunchtime, but the wait is never long. A small restaurant so you might have to guide yourself around other customers when they are busy during the day. The vegetables are always fresh and my orders have always been made correctly. You can always find Subway coupons to use too. A simple sandwich shop.
